I purchased a BT 760 battery tester from Autool After a few months, the cable broke. I contacted AutoTool service, and Nicole was extremely helpful. He was very polite and arranged a replacement cable free of charge, sent directly to me in Dubai. I didn’t expect this, and I truly appreciate his excellent service.

Good Story This one !
I purchased a LM120+ and in works great. So i also Purchased a LM100 but it was not reading correctly. I contacted them via the support email and got immediate response. After confirming the defect They immediately sent out a new LM100 and it works correctly. I will definitely purchase from them again. They are true to there word. I live in NSW Australia and it took only a week to receive the replacement.

I ordered a Ducati unit in January and received a Harley unit. I have been asking for a replacement ever since. They have not corrected their error and it is now mid-March. This is a scam, stay away from this vendor, they just want your money even though they send you a brick...

Long story short:
Parts are very good, company service very poor.

In detail:
I have now bought five M90 OBD on-board computers for my family and myself,
Which we have installed in BMWs and Minis.
We all find the devices very good and they work reliably.

But one of them was defective the first time we tested it (voltage display wrong, not adjustable, etc.).
Unfortunately, we did not get a new appliance - despite the supposed guarantee.

After more than a month with countless emails, sending pictures, descriptions of the damage:
The same phrases repeatedly, but no solution, no help, no replacement device.

In the end, our only option was to throw it away and buy a new one. Annoyingly, unfair and only waste of time!

So: We will buy these or identical appliances again at any time. But > NEVER again from autooltech.

BTW: If these facts were disputed:
We saved the complete communication to proof, if neccessary!
