don't waste your time or money here
Wow I've never had more of a worse experience with online shopping then I have with Autolac, I placed an order on the 1st of January and me being knowledgable about holidays I expected to maybe wait 1-2 days for the order to be shipped, How wrong I could be. I sent an email on the 9th asking about the order and its status because I've never had to wait over a week for an order to be processed, yet no reply, I kept checking the status of the order and I think it was the 10th the website said my order has been shipped, yay right? No I sent another email asking for a tracking number for my order and its now the 17th and still no reply. I couldn't believe it, no notification of delayed shipping, no communication at all, Hence the bad review. I've since ordered products from bigger brands and they have came within the week of ordering them, I thought a smaller brand would be working as hard as they can to overcome the completion. Fix your processes and you communication.

After being in contact with Jesse from autolac after multiple emails and decisions, I found out that there was a delay in their warehouse sending out orders due to no stock. Also the shipping carrier had passed the parcel (My Order) on to a third party to ship to my location, the why is unknown. This resulted in 2 different bits of information being told Jesse checked with the carrier him self and was told that the parcel was delivered on the 17th of Jan, When I called up on the 22nd of Jan I was told about the info of my parcel given to a third party and they had to check with that party, I received news that the party would be coming tomorrow morning but didnt and came on the 24th Of Jan. Any how with such a bad experience Jesse processed a full refunded on his side, and that was that.
