Ordered my bulbs 1 was faulty returned…
Ordered my bulbs 1 was faulty returned with no issues and a replacement was sent. Put the bulbs in the van and within a few days both bulbs went extremely dim.
I've contacted them over a wk ago with no reply. Use Amazon cheaper and more reliable lesson learned

We always respond to every customer service enquiry and hopefully our recent discussions have reassured you that we are not that type of company. Customer service is of the upmost importance to us.
As discussed, we will take the bulbs back for testing (at no cost to you) and see if there is an underlying issue there. We can replace/exchange/refund as necessary to get the best solution for you.

DONT BE SCAMMED! Order from Amazon - cheaper, quicker, no lies about price promise crap!
I ordered a pair of bulbs for my car in Dec 2022. Because i had not ordered for a while, i forgot to change my address. So, the order was sent to my old address (which we sold). I went their and was told he has refused it, photo or no photo! The Yodel delivery claimed 'delivered' with a photo. So, someone is lying. ABD claim they raised a ticket with Yodel, a lie, as i have no proof. Text on an email to me is NO PROOF OF ANYTHING! They dont have quality anything - zero customer service riddled with lies, extortionate prices compared to Amazon. everyone I meet I will tell them to go to Amazon always, cheaper, quicker, free deliver! Why get screwed ABD lies.

Unfortunately this review is reflective of the level of communication we received from this customer from the word go. Abusive, rude and unwilling to listen to anything we have said.
This customer put the wrong address on their order. The order was sent to the address he put on and there is photo and GPS proof of the order being delivered to that address.
The order was not refused delivery which has been confirmed by the courier and the evidence provided. Therefore the order has been successfully shipped and delivered to the address provided.
It's disappointing that the customer feels abusing us and leaving a 1 star review is a fair response to his own error of putting the wrong address on the order.
Absolute nightmare
Absolute nightmare, ordered two sets of bults H4 & H7, Jiffy bag arrived crushed and broken. Opened the H4 and parcel tape had been put across plastic container to prevent them falling out in transit, however due to the state of the jiffy bag, the tape had ripped and one bulb had fallen out into jiffy bag. The H7 were worse, the plastic container was shattered and one of the stem of the bulb snapped, contacted seller and they advised I had bought "opened" H7, I was not aware of this, but even opened you do not expect the container shattered and bulb broken, there had been no effort to protect the bulbs such as bubble wrap and the only protection was the cases they were in and the jiffy bag they were "chucked" in, which was as thin as four sheets of paper.
What a nightmare as sent them photos of damaged packaging and plastic cases then they wanted pictures of bulbs, it was quicker and surprisingly cheaper and easier to get them locally.
Thank you for your reply, had it been possible I would have put pictures of the "THIN" jiffy bag and the case you say that is classed as "opened" that was in seven pieces when it arrived, Rather than sending further messages back and forth and more pictures I would rather let you keep the money and I got them locally and quickly, it is my licence that would get points, when my lights are not working, whilst you messaged back and forth and requested more pictures. As I said cheaper and quicker locally and easier to take back when "BROKEN"

EDIT: Taking and emailing a photo of a bulb can be done in a matter of minutes, once the photo is received, we can dispatch replacements out that same day. I'm sorry if you feel this is too much time to resolve the issue.
You can't get points on a license if your bulb is out, they would just ask you to get it fixed.
We really are here to help and will always resolve any issues ... if allowed to do so ;-)

I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with your purchase. The product you purchased was significantly reduced in price due to it being opened/damaged packaging (as stated on the website at time of order).
The order is sent in a bubble lined padded jiffy bag, not "as thin as four sheets of paper".
The images you sent of the packaging showed exactly what the packaging looked like when it left us (cracked, not shattered!). This is why we asked for images of the broken bulb as you had not provided this.
With image confirmation of the broken bulb, we of course could simply send you replacements. It is certainly never our policy to leave you with broken products.
Unfortunately for some reason, despite sending photos of the packaging, you have decided not to send photos of the bulbs themselves. Therefore as the images you sent just show the product as described on the website and as left us here, we cannot issue any replacements.
We're still of course here and happy to help resolve the issue.

H7 Twenty20 Daylight +200% 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs for Audi A4 2012 reg. First impressions dipped lights look brighter although haven’t been on dark enough road to verify any real improvement.Comminicstion delivery and packaging excellent - cost seems reasonable.Quick update - light pattern is fine and I would say improvement is significant over old bulbs and does make night driving less stressful. Overall happy with the new bulbs.

I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.
I simply wouldn't go anywhere else for car bulbs and other car related items. Their customer service is second to none. I've lost count the amount of times I've bought items from this company and not once have they let me down with returns, queries or good advice.
