They were taking all my wages from the rental but what got to me is they deducted money from my deposit. They deducted £28 for a parking charge and then they deducted £60 for car wash. Firstly on collection the van was dirty and I returned it clean after washing it and still got charged. I have email evidence of them saying I will receive my full deposit minus any parking charges. I didn’t damage the van and I returned the van on full tank of fuel. They take money of hard earned wages. They said they would reimburse for the addition fuel I gave back which was only £50 and a fuel tank is £150 on the van. I would avoid this company they operate in an unethical way even when calling them they just sat there silently on the phone with nothing to say. A day before I was sent my deposit I was promised £280 they sent me only £191 back. Avoid this company a lot of people have experienced this with them.

Been using Auto360 after another garage let me down. Wish i had used them all along! We have a fleet of cars which we often need last minute work. Cant fault the service at all.

Do not use Auto360 for Rental hire… awful company.

Everything payment related they are very discreet about, throughout my entire duration with them I didn’t feel informed whatsoever. Every week there was something that left me more and more confused.

As to handing back the van, i knew from all the reviews they were planning to take as much £££ as they could. However what actually came shocked me more than I thought it would. £286 for a tiny tiny scratch… shocking. The worst thing was the van was absolutely covered in them when I collected it, this is obviously how they run their business.

On top of this I had problems with the van that I had rented, drivers light went out within a week of hire, tyres were deflated when picked up and CarPlay did not work to the standard it should have, on/off every 10 mins.

Communication is absolutely awful, took them 3 weeks to tell me how much the deductions were going to be and now have to wait 30 days to receive the deposit.

My advice… STAY VERY CLEAR! Much better off using alternatives that aren’t looking to fleece your wallet at every given opportunity. BAD BAD BAD COMPANY…. Just look at all the other reviews please!

My experience with Auto360 Rent was absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. No matter how careful you are with the vehicle, they will always find something to charge you for. In my case, they claimed that a tiny, barely visible scratch — something you could hardly even notice — was “major damage.” They also pointed out a small, almost invisible dent and demanded over £1,000 for it. On top of that, they immediately started taking money from my deposit.

It honestly felt like they are determined to take as much as possible from your deposit under any excuse. Even though I had already paid a large deposit, they still went after the “excess,” which with them is £3,000 — an absolutely ridiculous amount for such minor marks.

Overall, Auto360 Rent gave me one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
