Very good customer service
Very good customer service. The lady on the phone with me this morning was incredibly polite. I cannot remember her name but she was lovely. First time with aura and so far so good, let’s hope it stays that way :)

The only complaint I have is that the time waiting for the call to be recieved was long!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, we have now wrote to the ombudsman- my daughter changed her address and that cost £250, and then coz it’s a slightly more rural area wanted an extra £100 a month!. My daughter has been offered a company car now, and we gave them two wks notice that will be cancelling and they want the whole years money- as apparently you can’t cancel🤣. So now I have got the ombudsman involved. I am looking forward to this company being struck off. Do not use!. 2 Bob scam company.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate your policy as you have not given us any details.
We offer several options for customers who wish to cancel their policy. You can cancel by calling us, sending an email instructing the cancellation, or completing our online cancellation form. Only the policyholder may cancel their policy.
If there is an open claim on the policy when it is cancelled, the insurer will not issue a refund of the premium. If the claim is settled non-fault at a later date, the insurer may issue a refund of premium.
As your insurance broker, we do not set the insurance premiums; this is determined by the insurer.
One important factor in calculating your premium is the policy address. The insurer may apply an added premium depending on where the new address is. If you choose to pay monthly, we will adjust your payment plan to reflect any premium increase.

Cancelled my insurance for doing 33 in…
Cancelled my insurance for doing 33 in a 30. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Told me I am a dangerous driver and shouldn’t be on the roads! (This was Alyssa from Wolverhampton)Very rude and will do anything to take money off you !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Asked for a phone call from the manager still no call a week later

Our telematics policies monitor driving behaviours, including speed, braking, cornering, and use time.
Speed: Measures the driving compared to the stated speed limits for the road.
Braking: This measures any sudden or harsh braking.
Cornering: Records the speed at which the vehicle is driven around corners.
Time of Use: Monitors the time of day or night when the vehicle is being driven.
These factors are combined to generate an overall score. If the overall score falls below an acceptable level, the policy cannot continue.

Absolute robbing disgusting insurers!!!! £300 charge for upping mileage for the year then proceeding to charge £270 per month as a result!!!!! This company should be struck off!!!!!!!

We are your insurance broker, and we do not set the insurance premiums. The insurer sets insurance premiums.
One important factor in calculating your premium is the number of miles you will drive in a year. Increasing your annual mileage will result in a higher annual premium. When a customer pays monthly, we add the premium increase to the customer's payment plan.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY
Charged me an extra £250 as they claimed I didn’t tell them where I worked when I applied for the insurance when I did when all I called for was to change my address which they charged me £75 for!! crappy curfew which they say doesn’t affect your driving score but actually does, the black box glitched marking me down for doing 81mph on a LANE, they said it would leave my account within 2 weeks, it’s not been 8 months and it’s still there, I won’t be calling them to sort it out again tho cause they’d probably find some way to charge me again 🙄, would not recommend at all!!
