If I could leave 0 stars I would. I purchased a headset for my son on 4/10/2036 and it was to be shipped 2-day. I ordered it on a Friday so on Tuesday I went looking for the tracking number. It was never emailed to me. When I found it, I discovered that it was delivered to someone in CA, I live in IL. I immediately reached out to their customer service and they said they needed time to research what happened. They came back to me and said they figured out what happened and they would send me a new headphone but it would take several days to find and they would email me when it was shipped. I wrote them back and told them that it was unacceptable because they made the mistake and shipped it to someone else. They came back two days later and told me that they were shipping it out and it would be here in five days. They didn't even have the decency to ship it overnight or at the very least 2-day like it was originally supposed to have been. I wrote them back and told them I wanted a partial refund for their mistake and then the poor customer service I received. They wrote back and closed the ticket on me. Don't do business with these people. They don't care about their customers and really don't if they make a mistake. I still don't have the headset and it's 10 days later.

They say free 2 day shipping in bold…

They say free 2 day shipping in bold letters 3 days later hasn't even been shipped and I contacted customer service and they said oh we have 5 to 7 business days to ship it. VERY SKETCHY company. Find another brand. STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away

Ordered headphones with extra headstrap. Never received the headstrap. Inquired about missing item never got a response. Asked for return they want me to pay return shipping when it is clearly their mistake. Takes 1-2 weeks to get any response by email. Non existent customers service very shady business. Do you self a favor stay away from this company.

UK Buyers, be wary of warranty

The product is great. no doubt about it.
However, my Maxwells died after 18 months, and with multiple reported issues on reddit, i went for a warranty claim (stated as 2 years).
But outside of the US, you have to go through your reseller which in my case is the reputable Selfridges. I was told by them that to return the product to Audeze, I must have proof it's a manufacturing fault by a reputable headphone repair shop. The cost for this check is extortionate, and effectively acts as a monetary blocker for Audeze taking responsibility for their issues. I fully understand when companies do the reverse (taking the product for a warranty check, and confirming if it is, or isn't a warranty claimable issue), but to force the customer to confirm at their own cost seems in bad taste. A real shame, as the product itself was fantastic.

Bought a headset which was in stock…

Bought a headset which was in stock over 1 week ago. Now over 1 week later its sold out and i still got no notification that they send it. I even paid for FedEx International Priority extra. Cant recommend that website

My experience with Audeze customer…

My experience with Audeze customer service was excellent. Had a failed driver on 2011 LCD3. From my first inquiry, amm my communications were responded to in less than 24 hours. Costs and instructions to proceed were clearly explained. I was given an accurate time frame with updates and return shipping tracking.
The two associates I dealt with were great and clarified all my questions.
No issues, very satisfactory experience. The new drivers sound great, and the tech associate even noticed and replaced a tiny mismatched screw I used on the headset to replace one I lost. 5 star experience for me, glad I was not put off by some negative reviews.

Defective part shipped, no cure

I bought the Audeze Mobius one of the highest end headphones that money can buy expecting quality. The sound was great, but the plastic broke just above the ear cup shortly after warranty expired. I was surprised since I take great care of these units and keep them only on my desk. I don't travel with them and the wear and tear is essentially nothing. After quick research turns out this is a shockingly common failure for these units. Some pre warranty, some after. In my case shortly after warranty expired. I wrote to support and they very sluggishly responded (I typically would need to prompt them several times to get a response over the course of multiple days). Their best solve was to give me a $175 B stock unit of a different (cheaper) set of headphones. However to get it I would need to ship my headphones BACK to them (the ones they no longer stock!), including every single cable they gave me (which were of bad quality so I quickly replaced them with others), and only after they received this I may be eligible to buy this new set of refurbished headphones. I'm on the hook for shipping these by the way. They were kind enough to request I don't use packing peanuts but instead use bubble wrap... This process end to end would take seemingly a month given their current rate. Never working with this brand again, buyer beware.

Brought a pair of Maxwell gaming…

Brought a pair of Maxwell gaming headphones for xbox.
Has a terrible static feed back noise when sidetone is switched on .
Audeze customer service is shocking and they admit it .
Guys waiting 2 months for there headsets tobe returned.
Now they say visit a design fault and working within spec . £350 donw the drain

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I'll tell my personal opinion

I'll tell my personal opinion - you make your own choice, but as a customer to customer I will warn anyone who wants to invest in any headphones from Audeze. Now, I'm a person who buys a more expensive product, but in return expects it to last, rather than buying something cheaper and hoping it will last long enough. Therefore, I've decided to buy a pair of "gaming headphones" from Audeze that cost me around 350 GBP, when usually gaming headphones cost about half the price and are already considered good. For example, my last pair was a Logitech headset for around 160 GBP and are still working perfectly after 6 long years of nearly every day use and never been sent for repairs. However, I wanted something better, so I got Mobius. After nearly 2 years or so of use, just before the warranty ended, I have noticed one ear cup seemed a bit loose. I've examined the headphones and just above the ear cup a very fragile-looking piece of plastic had cracked almost throughout it's entirety. It just needed a little bend before it completely came off. Without hesitation, I've contacted Audeze and in about 2 weeks the headphones were replaced due to warranty. The new Mobius I've been given had cracked again at the exact same spot just above the ear cup again around 1.5 years after replacement, but this time there was no warranty. I contacted Audeze and what do you know, they can't fix the headphones! I go online and do a little research, turns out there are numerous dissatisfied customers stuck with the exact same product with the exact same defect that nobody is able to fix. Now, I think a 350 GBP product is not something anyone would want to just throw down the bin because the company has made an awful decision in it's design and then has not delivered a solution after so many years and so many customer complaints. To me, that is the opposite of a good manufacturer and I will discourage anyone in my circle or outside it to think twice before buying from this company because this sort of treatment for their customers is downright unacceptable.

Products A+ CS support, ... still processing 😐

Although one support member in CS has been communicative, and addressed questions I have had regarding a pre-authorized return of an item, the follow through of my money actually being received has been about the worst I have ever experienced!

5 weeks, and counting, I have yet to be reimbursed! This is not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination. Their products certainly are the stand-out, not the back-channel support.

Terrible Customer Support

Got my pair of LCD2C with a defect.

My right speaker rattles on bassy tracks or when I raise the volume, later on it became more apparent and unbearably annoying.

I contacted their support and realized that as in their policy I have to pay for the shipping fees of their own defective product.

Sound is the only good about Audeze, other than that is terribly disappointing.

Never again.

I recently bought an Audeze Euclid

I recently bought an Audeze Euclid. It took them about one week to get my order shipped and this is acceptable for me given the supply chain program every company is currently faced with. They are very responsive to answering emails and attentive to customers' questions.
The Audeze Euclid is just an amazing earbuds. The sound is crystal clear with real good bass. I have been looking for an earbuds that does exactly this and Audeze Euclid is the one. For the price, I think it is a little expensive. But, "pay peanuts and we get monkey".
BTW, I am also a proud owner of their LCD-X headphone. This company makes great headphones and earbuds. I highly recommend headphones and earbuds from Audeze.

Right side driver went silent after 3½…

Right side driver went silent after 3½ on a product that is supposed to last much, much longer. The warranty is 3 years. Disgusting coincidence that i hear many are having. Can only suspect why.
Disgusting.
If you are still considering buying from these guys, i can only tell you the sound is the only good part about this headphone. Comfort and durability in the build is not there. even tho it's made of a heavy metal, it bends easy and the screws also gets loose over time and you will have to tighten them regularly. I'm guessing this is the reason why the warranty is different on the drivers and the rest of the headphone (3 years for drivers and 1 for the rest)
Don't even get me started on the stupid price on their exclusive headphone jack and cable that you have to buy again every 2 years for >500 euro. Disgusting business practise. I buy many headphone and are gentle with all of them. This is unacceptable. will never buy from Audeze again sadly.

The Best headphones I've owned...

The Best headphones I've owned and heard period,The LCD2 literally sounds like my 7.2 speaker system is playing, so immersive and open, you can hear each instrument and can point out the sounds without any confusion, these cans are worth the price and I will never switch to any other brand, I use them with my PC sound card, the AE9 and with my Yamaha Receiver, for music and video and all sorts of media files, let it be MP3 at 320kbps or DSD128 these cans cover it all, Highly Recommended, and the customer service is solid without any flaws, help is there when ever its needed.
