Cannot recommend this company, Penketh Branch enough.
Customer service we received from Chris in the showroom second to none. Ryan, our delivery driver was also 1st class, couldn't be more helpful. Thank you everyone.

Often reviews are negative but I would like to provide a very positive review based on personal experience. Atlas bathrooms Warrington, provided design service, quality products and amazing aftercare. Totally recommend, especially as a family business.👍👍👍

Fantastic range of products

I ordered pretty much everything i needed for my main bathroom. Bath Tub, Furniture, Basins, Showering, Wall / Floor Tiles and nothing was missed on the delivery. The service received from the staff was friendly and efficient and they advised on best products to choose from.

Went to the warrington branch. Ordered two accessories for our bathroom. Were informed it could take between two to five days but had a phone message he following day to say they had arrived. Beautiful quality. Customer service was perfect, we were able to have a good mooch round without any interference unless we asked for it.

Just visited Atlas Bathrooms what a pleasant.
Surprise. No high pressure salesman following you as you browse. The Lady we spoke to about our bathroom was so helpful and is in the process of mailing us copies of designs. Puts all the other Bathroom showrooms in the shade.

Very disappointed with Atlas Bathrooms. We are in the middle of a national lockdown, and they are still advising that they will allow the general public to enter and walk around their showroom! As I understood, all showrooms like this had to close!!

Atlas - Can you please tell us why you are continuing to operate against the rules set out by law?

Absolutely apalling service. We received a quote from them on several items for our bathroom. When wanting to pay for the quote, they gave us a higher price all of a sudden. We went through all the items again and they had to re-write the quote 3 times because of items they had wrongly inserted on the quotes (wrong codes, prices, discounts, the lot). Eventually we paid the full amount and when it came to delivering the items, half of the items did not match the quote.
We had to go back into store to get it corrected and have the items returned and reordered, another one of their many mistakes.
One of the items we ordered by mistake so we wanted to return it still boxed, not opened. On top of all the errors they made, they charged us 20% of the price of the items to restock it. How can you justify a charge of 20% of an item to put it back on the shelf is beyond me.

Please, do not order from this company. They are not professional in any way and if you are not right on the ball with all the items you want with their professional codes behind it, they make a right mess out of the whole order. I would not recommend them to anyone, nor will I use them in the future.

Driving along a dual carriage way, the driver of a van of this company was hogging the outside lane. Without a beep or a flash he funny moved over, only to pull straight back out and give the swivel.

I for wouldn't want someone of this sort of character in my house with my parents.

This was only a small order but if you see my other reviews regarding a kitchen waste you will appreciate why I needed to write this review.
I have been weeks without a waste thanks to Taps UK, and CLC, but Atlas sourced the waste I needed (had to be shipped from Germany) and the item arrived quicker than I was expecting.
Very helpful and pleasant to deal with!

Ordered our full bathroom from Atlas Bathrooms in Warrington .. from start to finish outstanding customer service! We live a little further a field (Chester) and found out about Atlas bathrooms through our friends who bought 2 bathrooms and their en-suite again with outstanding service! Can't recommend them enough!!
