Atlas Auto Ltd Recensioni

Very quick especially being a Saturday, They came out to Ngaruawahia did a quick assessment and told us there would be a bank transfer in our account within a hour. So being a Saturday it did take 2 hours, but awesome we are very happy….Thank Atlas Auto , will be looking out for those other deals too

Was in a accident rang to get it towed and the guy who we spoke to was so helpful and polite
Within 1/2 hour had picked my car up and dropped it off.

They are helping thief to steal cars and they are buying stolen cars

Had car scrapped, told me money will be in my account in 15 minutes, then continued to remove vehicle, bottom line they ripped me off money didn't show up in account called them gave another account number that was a Friday said money should clear over the weekend but didnt, do not sell your vehicle to them or be fooled when they say they have to transfer the money, I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!

Sold a car, all lovely when purchasing - sold us a warranty not worth the paper it is written on. Key faulty from purchase, excuse after excuse and not sorted. Then £1800 of faults within weeks - ignored not supported and no help. AVOID AT AL COSTS

Atlas car removal company is the most frustrating dick around company I've ever come across  after agreeing to buy my car I left them about to load my car onto truck saying they would transfer money into my account. 15 min later they knock on my door saying the car was to heavy and he needed to go get his other truck .4 hours later no money has shown up in my account and he hasn't returned so I call them asking about that and were was my key .just to be told I had to wait till Monday. Then on Monday nothing. Tues I discovered to great big chain gouges in the roof of my car from a chain .I call them and get told they still going 2 buy it and will get back to me 2 days go by nothing now coz I signed paperwork for sale I'm not sure if I can even sell the car on so it's stuck here.i contact head office they say they will sort it out and get back to me .again they don't. So considering there add saying how helpful, knowledgeable and experienced they are .what a joke Atlas car removal is just nothing but rude unhelpful and sneeky.plus they damaged the frame work of the car which has devalued it .what are you guys going to to remedy this .

Worst company iv ever delt with and will never return back to this place, they indian and just want million dollar vechles for 5 buks, top cash paid my ass, the office guy also lied and told the driver doing pickup that i said clutch was fked which i never said, stop ripping people off

Top car removal service in hamilton. Paid me top cash for my scrap vehicle. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Best Car wreckers in Hamilton. Fast & professional service.

Sold me a faulty abs pump, that due to covid was installed outside of the 30 day warranty. Man sells expensive paper weights and he knows it.

Extremely disappointed with this company

Bought a seatbelt for a CRV for $150 Over the phone paid into their bank online.
When it arrived the company that were to fit it said that it was worse than the one we were taking off and it would not pass a warrant of fitness and they arrange for another one for $54 I rang the company several times only eventually to be told that they would supply me with another one and that they do not do refunds 😩😩😩

Best place to go buy part they have all make and model 👍🏻🚘

Bad communication. Did not hold their agreement on price. Was not interested in resolving issue, made excuses instead.
