I ideally would get 9Ah batteries but that sale ended and I still needed more batteries so I would suggest this product only if it's on sale.

I hope these live up to the hype. Never really tested the ones I received yet as I am in the process of returning them. The ones sent to me were in used condition.

Risposta di Atlas Tools & Machinery
Good Morning Mike,
Thank you for the review and feedback, we appreciate it. We apologize for the experience had and how this has left you feeling.
We do receive bulk shipments of batteries from our suppliers, and sometimes these are loose and not in blister packaging, we apologize for the confusion and frustration this has caused.
We can assure you, we do not sell any used or refurbished batteries or tools, this is not part of our policy. All the items we sell are new as we do not want to risk quality and safety.
We have reached out offline in an effort to turn the experience around to a more positive one. Please feel free to reply if this is something you are interested in.
We hope you have a great day and please do not hesitate to reach out if we can be of any further assistance.
Kind regards
Holly
