A Fantastic Food and Wine Experience
I got acquainted with this wonderful winery through Google.
I was looking for a wine already known by me, the Muristello.
The food and wine tasting was set with pecorino and cured meats and four wines from the production of power.
The tasting developed starting from Cannonau Atha Rujha, a ruby red color with hints of red fruits with a soft and velvety structure. We then moved on to the reservoir of power. Kuéntu..che at the first contact left me a Wow…. In the mouth… it should be borne in mind that we are talking about a 100% purity Cannonau of great value from vines over 40 years old. This wine is technically left me speechless to express its particularity and refinement and to give a tasting opinion on its organoleptic characteristics .. But, follow my advice go there in person. The next was Muristello, native vine of Sardinia, a vine considered in danger of extinction but recently recovered, with purple colors leaving on the nose hints of black berries and in the mouth the majesty of a texture of tannins that envelops you in its softness .
Lastly Diorvene, Vermentino in purity, which stands out in the bouquet, hints of flowers and tropical fruits and great aromatic freshness.
All this accompanied by the highly trained Manuela Pittalis whom I thank again for her great kindness.
