I have 2600mc pro bought from Astroshop and its getting random disconnects and exposure failures. This is quite clearly described by other users on the zwo forum as a camera fault. I have tried multiple things on my own making additional costs bying cables or different powe supplies, but Astroshop are blaming cables and asi air no matter i've clearly demonstrated the issue is the camera as the issue is not happening with another zwo camera using the same cables, power supply or asi air. Ive also tried different cables and powered the camera separately. The support don't read and provide generic advice effectively denying warranty or exchange for a paying customer. This is completely disgusting and effectively fraudilent as I am now left with 1600EUR faulty unusable product!

Företaget följer inte gällande EU-lagstiftning avseende omvänd moms (intra-community transactions). Fakturering sker felaktigt trots giltigt EU-momsnummer, vilket strider mot reglerna för handel inom unionen. Ingen förståelse eller korrigering trots hänvisning till tillämplig lagstiftning och EU-direktiv.

Ordered a telescope i paid 60 euro for transportation and for more than 2 weeks i am still waiting for my parcel.they are not serious

No delivery despite it is said that the item is in stock. Doesnt answer questions about delivery. Doesnt answer technical questions either.
Doesnt have Klarna payment alternative

They sent a product which was already damaged, unfortunately since I went away it took too long to make any complaints. These are not serious people,avoid to order from them....

Security camera battery order placed, with payment. Awaiting delivery... Months... :(

Delivery exactly as described - said 3-5 days lead-time and new scope shipped on 5th day. Good updates throughout- great experience!!!
Will definitely use again!

Ordered a new earth globe in January. Shortly afterwards I get an email saying they have a supply delay and therefore the globe will only be dispatched mid March. Last day of March I phone up to ask when the globe might arrive, only to be told it’s still not in stock so I cancel order.

Compré unos prismáticos de ópera y recibí un juguete de plástico de ínfima calidad que no sirve ni para dárselo a un niño, ya que se estropearía la vista.

Gestionaron muy bien un problema con un Starsense de Celestron que no era siempre evidente.
Suerte de haber comprado con ellos o me lo hubiere "comido con patatas". Para un Novato como yo Cuesta tiempo y un poco de experiencia el que todo funcione.

Siempre que compro algo y la competencia lo tiene mas barato me respetan el precio. No entiendo como hay gente opinando que en ebay lo tiene mas barato y no le respetan el precio encima dicen publicidad engañosa.

Atención compradores :
En su página web da opción a que si encuentras el producto más barato, se lo comuniques para ofrecerte más barato. Pues bien, está condición es a decisión de ellos: si está en su "lista" o no. Caso en concreto: Encuentro un MAK 127/1900 con montura eq3 y accesorios necesarios, por 399€; ellos venden sólo el tubo!!!! Por 389€. Les solicito me igualen precio descontando la montura eq3 (mínimo 100€) y nada; se excusan en que el producto que les comento es de segunda mano, siendo falso ya que es vendido nuevo con garantía. Les muestro otro producto (refractor 90/1000) 100€ más barato que el suyo, y en este caso ofrecen el mismo precio que el otro comercio, cuando deberían ofertar más barato; sino, para qué comprárselo a ellos?

Worst customer service! They said my order was delivered and is not delivered. This was suppose to be my son’s gift for this holidays! What should I do now!! I did not receive this! Return me my money!!

Goods were bit of delayed but still a very good and reliable shop!

I ordered a Skywatcher newton telescope and it arrived on time (little less than a week) and in working order. This was my first time ordering from Astroshop.be (I’m Dutch) and I will for sure continue to do so when I need something to else from them! 🙂

The website was easy to navigate and it got loads of useful information. Very good.

Ordered a kit costing several thousand euros. One of the accessory parts was not available when I ordered. They gave me the option to receive what they had in stock and the accessory part would we available in 2 months. When I followed up on the missing part in 2months, they claim it was shipped to me! I’m out $200 euros because of their shoddy practices.

I tried to get advice about first teleskop for my son. I used email but answers were very short. I can compare to the situation when you asking "x" Cars dealer - what is the best car in your portfolio. The answer is car "X". After this, I tried to chat through a phone. No answer at all. Very bad customer service. It was shop in Warsaw.

Catastrophic : I bought an azimuth mount at 500 euros unfortunately with cracks on the vertical and horizontal heads of the mount. Despite photos of the structural defect, Astroshop uses arbitrary excuses to evade the law and refuses to apply the legal warranty. I am forced to file a complaint to request the termination of the contract because the communication is non-existent. Astroshop is DELETING negative reviews on its site. Do not buy from them: it is neither more nor less than a bunch of dishonest thiefs.

Es la mejor tienda que existe, compré un telescopio Unistellar evscope 2, una mochila Stellina y Vespera de Vaonis, no encontré esto en ninguna tienda grande de Estados Unidos, en noviembre 2022 compré la mochila de Vespera, algunos lentes en Camera Concepts & Telescope Solutions, un auténtico desastre, a la fecha marzo 2023 no me llegó todo. La compra que hice en astroshop (Alemania) con destino a (México) fue el 9 de marzo, pusieron el envío el 13 y me llegó a casa el 16, ( todo el proceso 7 días, wooooow !! ). Una super felicitación, gracias por tener este excelente servicio al cliente, además, la cantidad de productos que tienen es muy, pero muy grande
