I had a fantastic experience with Aston’s agency when finding my new property to move into. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and attentive to what I was looking for. They listened carefully to my requirements and worked hard to match me with the right place, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

We brought a car from these,now have issues,took it in under warrenty that we paid extra for to be told these parts are not covered by warranty,yet 2 other garages have told us it is,they said there mechanic has had an educated guess as to why there is a coolant leak,took the car to another garage and they found a split pipe,
Avoid at all costs

Viewing was arranged for today ,estate agent Never turn up or even a phone call !We decided to call the estate agents and they advised us that she is running late ,no curtesy call but she had time to call agent to advise that she is running late.Dirty house thanks for not turning up the house from outside is just a mess no care from their side.

This was a smooth experience. Professional team handled everything in a reasonable period of time and they guided me thru the whole rental process smoothly. Paul and Linzi are amazing🤩

Had a car key made , the lady Louisa who organised the booking to Ian who made the new Kia ceed car key were helpful, efficient and polite. Would recommend!

I never write any comments but today I had very horrible experience over the phone !!!
Managing Director David is the most arrogant person I’ve ever spoken with, I thought agencies like this would make you feel that they want to help you, not to feel discriminated and useless and laugh at your situation. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, and so unprofessional, I hope you had a good giggle that I am pregnant and my details won’t matter, even if I had all answers about my partners income, but no thank you definitely won’t be dealing with you.

23000 € paid for aml codes etc.. transfer not working. I can't use all the money that is on it. customer service no longer responds to anything 😡

Astons acted very professionally and always helping. As I have just moved to UK, I was with lots of questions and Astons (Taylor) has immediately responses for all of them. The viewing was great and the time from viewing and letting was fast as I'd like.

Astons provided an excellent service for me over several years. I needed to move away from Crawley and so took advice from Tony Salmon on whether to sell or rent out the property. I took the rental option, as prices were depressed, but was nervous about renting out a property from a distance. My fears werre unfounded and I had several years of rent paid regularly by vetted tenants and replacements found when they chose to move on. I've just completed the sale of my property, at a much better price than I'd have got if I'd sold rather than rented, and had tenants in place until the week of completion. I am really impressed with how Astons managed the whole rental and sale of my property and their fees were very competitive. I'd happily use again but that is unlikely as I have moved a considerable distance away.

We have had the best experience with Astons. Always prompt to respond to our many many queries. You could genuinely see that they were trying their best to support us. Members of staff went above and beyond to help us get our keys even when we were running over 2 hours late. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better agent to handle this process.

Efficient, Highly Professional and they go above and beyond for their customers.

Outstanding service from start to finish when Simon first came out to value our home I knew I had found the right estate agent to take us through this process, we sold and ended up purchasing our new home through Astons, they gave us an exceptional service throughout and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I would like to thank Simon, Tony, Ross and Adam for going above and beyond to get our sale and purchase through. I don’t think it would of happened without the level of care and hard work you put in to it. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Astons again. If you are considering listing your property with Astons I would select someone who conducts themselves professionally and not these cowboys. I spoke with them yesterday and arranged to view a property today. This morning I received a phone call to inform me it was cancelled. The reason for the cancellation: as a cash buyer I am required to provide proof of available funds for the purchase. I have provided proof of funds but feel insulted and would not do business with this company under any circumstances. Vendors should be aware that Ashtons are actively discouraging genuine potential buyers with these tactics.

LOVELETTS SALE

Astons always exceed my expectations which doesn’t happen often! The care for their customers is simply outstanding, not only do you get a personal service from highly experienced staff, the efficiency and attention to detail is outstanding. I have dealt with Tony and his impeccable team for over 10 years and after experiencing the other side with other agents they simply are the best. If you have high expectations of finding your dream home or just getting onto the property ladder Tony and his team will go above and beyond for you every time. The team are highly experienced, on the ball and just really know every purchase and sale personally. Moving can be so stressful and personal that the compassion and care I’ve experienced from all of the team is more than just a service. It’s not just a sale or purchase to astons it’s all about you as a customer! Morals efficiency and experience are hard to find! I simply wouldn’t use any one else.

I would like to thank Astons for their superb help in selling a flat I owned in Maidenbower Crawley. I have bought and sold many properties in my life but I have never had as much support as I have just been given from Astons.
Without their help I don't think my sale would have happened.

Astons estate agent Crawley are amazing Do not touch Choice with a barge pile. Astons save me from being homeless. They are efficient to sort of any problems within the property and always lovely and helpful when you call.

We had the worst service with Astons.
Me and my husband are renting a flat for over 2years and half now. It recently went through the process of sale and because of the lack of professionalism that Astons provided,especially John one of the team members, we ended up overpaying for the rent. We went to the agency at least 4 times and rang them several times as well. They ignored us completely for months, inventing excuses every time.
We only managed to get our funds back by getting in touch with the previous landlord directly as we had her email address on a piece of paper that we took from Astons and with the help of the new agency as well.
Until 3 months ago we were searching the market to buy a property as well. We informed them about this and they promised to contact us should anything suitable come on the market. We never received a single call from them and I had to wait for days to be able to arrange a property viewing. I would never rent or sell my property through Astons as everything is hard work with them.
