Dear Chand,
Thank you for your feedback, to proceed with DNA testing we need signed consent in place, we did not receive signed consent for the father which is why another consent form was sent across so that we could obtain signed consent from them.
We also require signed ID from all participants taking part in the test who are over 16, however if they do not have ID, we can accept a completed witness statement, from a witness who will need to complete, sign and return the form with a copy of their signed ID (requirements of who can be a witness are outlined on the form provided), which has been offered to be able to proceed with this matter for you for any participant who does not have signed ID available.

Fantastic! Test was sent out super quick! Easy instructions and then once recieved we had the results the next day! Was extremely quick from start to finish! I would definitely recommend!

Easy to use tests and quick, clear results
Results turned around very quickly. Tests were easy to understand and perform. Validation documentation was a bit of a pain, but cannot fault for being thorough.

From purchase to results fast and efficient. Arrived with clear instructions, was straight forward. Sent on a Monday evening and had results the Thursday Morning.
