My husband and I, along with my mum and step-dad, travelled through Egypt and Jordan with Ask Aladdin in January 2019. Our custom tour was so well organized by Heba -- everything worked like clockwork and we never had to worry about a thing. The reps and drivers were all fantastic, friendly and prompt. And the guides were absolutely phenomenal: Ossama in Egypt and Iyad in Jordan. All the hotels were top-notch, as was the food. Not to mention the sights (!!) We felt very safe and taken care of the entire trip. Highly, highly recommend traveling with Ask Aladdin and visiting this incredible part of the world.

Dream come true! Trip of a lifetime to Egypt! After much research Ask Aladdin seemed like the best agency to make the trip happen. A 9 day trip to include Cairo, Alexandria, ABU Simbel, Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor was planned after a lot of back and forth emails and calls.
From being met at the airport and helped through getting the visa and luggage, chauffeured in our private vehicle everywhere, and all history shared by experts, everything was delivered as planned. This is one country where different entities handle the different logistics on a daily basis. We learnt that by the second day and had to be patient and flexible! Our guides in Cairo & for the cruise were wonderful, the drivers everywhere were courteous, hotels were excellent and we felt safe all the time.
The only suggestion I have is that all the tips should be included so that the guides could hand them out to all the people who need to get them and the clients don’t have to worry about obtaining change all the time.
We hope to go back when the new grand museum opens and also cover places we missed. Till then, we have lovely memories of all the places we visited. Thank you Ask Aladdin for your love of bringing people to Egypt and making everyone’s trip a memorable one!

Sharing our recent memorable 9-day Egyptian & Nile cruise tour experience. We found AskAladdin tour operator to be excellent in planning, organizing, and communicating with our tour group. The itinerary was perfect, attention were paid to every details, the bus was clean and comfortable, the guide was engaging and knowledgeable, we would highly recommend AskAladdin, and will tour with them again.

We had booked Egypt trip for 61 members for 2018 Christmas. It is absolutely amazing experience, we arrived Cairo Airport with warm welcoming flowers, we stayed at Holiday Inn for one night which is next to citimall, we had very authentic Egyptian food, got our SIM cards. Four nights Nile River Cruise and sightseeing well managed with morning sessions and sunset sessions which is absolutely beautiful. Our tour guide Yassar is very knowledgeable and friendly. Each tour bus has security guards, most places has security check. We are worry free for luggage and transportation. The restaurants that they choose had beautiful view and food are decent. Definitely would recommend friends to choose Ask Aladdin

This is absolute Five stars trip we had. This travel agency is very reliable and trustful one.From buying air tickets to travel in the Egypt. Every steps were meticulously arranged. In particular, the tour guide is very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Through this trip, we love Egypt more and hope to revisit Egypt one day again.Thanks Mr. Yasser Wahab, You are the best. You made our trip an unforgettable memory.

I'm a skeptic by nature. I don't like tours. I like traveling independently.
So in negotiating and arranging my tour of Egypt I had doubts.
I could have not been more wrong. Ask Aladdin more than lived up to every expectation I could have had. We found ourselves in the caring, efficient hands of their representatives even before clearing customs and baggage claim. Every detail was taken care of, every need addressed. Our guide gave us 100% of his attention while the driver and various other personnel made sure everything worked. They listened and they strove in every encounter to taylor the trip to our interests and needs.
I'm a believer, and you will be too.

From the initial contact through booking, confirming, arriving, touring and departing the experience provided by Ask Aladdin was fantastic. We do not have a single negative comment about the 10-days we spent in Cairo, Alexandria and on the Nile Cruise. We were met upon arrival by Ramadan and helped though arrival and immigration to our hotel. Then our principal guide Mohamed spent 9 days with us shepherding to all the sites we were expecting to see. He was kind, courteous, always on time and most helpful. I cannot imagine doing this tour without someone as experienced as him. The drivers were great, courageous and had modern, clean and A/C equipped vehicles. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

From the first e-mail till the time we got home, it was first class. The constant information from Heba was extremely helpful as we planned our flights. All the hotels were high class, the guides were outstanding, in fact everybody related to our holiday were utterly professional.

our trip to Egypt was a fantastic and wonderful experience the food was good the sites were amazing and the Egyptians are wonderful and caring people!! The country is a very safe place and very secure you will have no problems when touring Egypt and will have a wonderful time our tour guide Yasser Ahmad was the bust guide in all of Egypt very very educated knew everything there was to know about the ancient Egyptians and all of the sites we went to he was very well educated on every site and every detail ask for Yasser if you want to learn about the ancient Egyptians we have traveled all over the world and he was by far the most knowledgeable guide we have ever had!!

From the time that we stepped off the plane in Cairo until we departed we were treated like royalty. We were greeted by the representative, Mustafa, very friendly yet professional, he saw us through customs, getting our visa and escorting us to our hotel, right up to our hotel room to ensure we were satisfied. I was even given a beautiful bouquet of flowers! The rep greeted us again in the morning saw us back to the airport, ensured we were fully instructed on what to expect in our transport to Luxor. There we met our personal guide, Yessir, who stayed with us for the river cruise and all the stops. He ensured we were hydrated, rested and was extra attentive about our tours to ensure we had the best showing while taking care not to allow us to get over heated in the 45 degree days! His passion for his country and the history of the temples, gods, kings, etc was very contagious. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and feel we made a great friend. He stayed with us from Luxor to Aswan and was also our private tour guide back in Cairo to see the magnificent pyramids. To say it was amazing is an understatement. The hospitality we were shown was exceptional, the hotel and river boat was fantastic, the staff of the riverboat were second to none and never for a moment did we feel our safety was at risk. Highly recommend AskAladdin team to organize a wonderful vacation.

In October 2017 I spent nearly three weeks visiting Egypt with AskAladdin making all the arrangements. It was a memorable experience from the minute they picked me up at the Cairo airport until the end of the trip. Mostafa was not only an excellent guide but a knowledgeable historian as well; all the drivers were courteous and prompt. Food & hotels were very good. AskAladdin staff was well organized and enabled me to cover an amazing number of historic sites, plus an elegant Nile Cruise. Absolutely Wonderful & Memorable Experience! Highly recommend! I was lucky enough to visit Egypt on a family trip in March 2018. I choose AskAladdin Tour company based on other reviewers comments. We booked the Red Sea Adventure Package and it was truly one of the best vacations/experiences we all have ever had. AskAladdin was from the beginning very helpful and easy to get in contact with. We called and spoke with a gentleman from the company based in the U.S. prior to booking and he was very informative, answered all our questions and gave us some great advice.
Once the trip was booked, AskAladdin took care of everything for us, they booked the hotels, all transportation and the fully guided trip. We had a very nice representative named Ramadan meet us at the Cairo Airport upon arrival, he handled our visas, and we were driven to our hotel the first night. From then on the trip was a busy itinerary of sight seeing, activities and adventures! Our guide was incredible! His name was Sarwat Hegazy, he is an Egyptologist, and was extremely knowledgeable about any and every Egyptian subject. Sarwat got to know each of us individually and suggested additional activities, things to do that were not on the original itinerary. One of my favorite days, he took us to a Papyrus Gallery when I was able to purchase beautiful local and quality artwork. Every step of the way this trip was perfect. Sarwat made this family adventure one that will never be forgotten. We all appreciate his time and his knowledge, we couldn't have imagined the trip any differently. I can not stress enough how highly I recommend this experience to anyone who has the opportunity! It was early mornings, long days, hot sun and lots of walking, but worth every moment for the memories we will cherish for a lifetime! Thank you to everyone who was a part of our trip!

Great professional service from driver to the tour guide, I would highly recommend their services.

On the recommendation of friends, who have travelled to Egypt with AskAladdin twice in consecutive years, I contacted them directly to organise a private guided tour for my husband and I. I was very specific with what sites I wanted to see (I had been to Egypt previously in early 1990s on a basic itinerary). This time more in depth Islamic history and sites and extra temples north of Luxor and extra tombs on West Bank of Luxor (Ancient Thebes). This was an adventure trip. Heba helped me put together a 17 day itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble and her communication by email was very prompt and thorough. Everything ran very smoothly and we felt we had control of our itinerary and could see more or less if and when desired. It was extremely hot in Upper Egypt so we started our daily itinerary early morning and rested in the mid-afternoon where possible.
We paid for top hotels but the two Cairo hotels we stayed (Ramses Hilton and Le Meridian Giza) are dated and looking tired and the request for "non smoking" room isn't understood because you still find ashtrays and smoke smelling pillows and towels and furnishings in a "non-smoking" room. If they want to impress Western tourists they need to be firmer with this rule.
Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our safety and wellbeing. Our bus driver for the Cairo/Alexandria leg was safe, courteous and extremely patient in the chaos of Egypt roads. The van was impeccably clean every day.

We would highly recommend AskAladdin to everyone! To start, at various times and places we were to have a representative meet up with us. Every single time we were met, the rep was already there, spoke English, and was dressed nicely. Our guide was fabulous! Khaled was very educated, kind and caring, had a sense of humor. He was wonderfully interesting! We looked forward to spending time with him! Our drivers were great! Always on time with spotless air conditioned vans, bottles of water, smiles, and also dressed nicely. We were NOT disappointed with our 5 star hotel accommodations! They were terrific! Last but not least, there was not one time that we didn't feel safe! BUT the one negative for us was the sleeper train ride. There are too many reasons to list. We are extremely happy we took this Egyptian trip!
