Cancellation of a contract
Contacted Ashbourne late evening about cancelling my membership and had an email back from Sophie waiting in the morning and all sorted and resolved with one email, can’t fault them.

Tiffany was great. The journey not so much.
The customer rep, Tiffany, who contacted me was lovely and helpful. Top marks.
Took a bit of time for the company to respond via email. And the chat bot style of contact was useless and didn't work.
The fact that they tied to charge £20 for admin due to a DD rejection due to a bank timing error is ridiculous.
But credit where it's due. They waived it when I asked them to.
