Omg they all came out beautiful- I was designing a back splash ( for stove) for my brand new kitchen since I never realized I needed one, so I tried a few different styles of printing you offered, using my favorite photos, some of my beloved lost weimeriners Hansel & Gretel, thinking gray dogs would go perfect as the backsplash. Each of your products I tried were masterpieces of art. Thank you, Wish I could add a photo of the finished product as my backsplash! It’s awesome

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. They contacted me about 2 orders I'd made separately but done back to back.
They suggested combining the orders in 1 shipment saving me money.
I was doing a couple of test prints of cell phone shots to see how well they would look at large sizes after processing in photoshop and upscaling.
24"X36" & 18" X 24"
The images came out amazing for what they were.

Amazing!
My picture looks great ! It was well packaged and arrived when they said it would. My only ‘problem’ is I can find NO instructions on how to hang it?? So it is propped up on a chair until I can figure it out or get advice!

Bad execution of color
The color cadmium yellow did not execute well - the color looks greenish and not like the color I requested. I am very disappointed.

ArtisanHD - printer of choice
I have used ArtisanHD for a number of years, whenever I need a print for gallery display. Their mastery of the technology is impressive, as is the variety of substrates they can use to make prints.

The print was fine
The print came out fine. My problem is , it takes a long time to get done. Unless you pay a small fortune for a quicker shipment. Also shipping is through FedEx. They delivered properly this time. But it’s the first time out of 9 other attempts from ordering from other places.
Absolutely live their customer service.
The print came out great. I ordered it on cold press paper because I wanted it unsealed and with a flat finish. What I got was cold press paper ✅ but it was glossy in appearance. Maybe there’s an option I missed checking.
All in all … I’d use again . But to get it in around 7-10 days almost doubled the cost.
