Great football team as well as an outstanding accessible stadium, been going to the emirates for around 10 years now

Site isn't that easy to use, membership is expensive for what is given.

Arsenal is a great football club with a fantastic history. Their fans are some of the most passionate you will find in the premier league. The website is easy to use and looks ok, however:

1 - The quality of clothing is poor. For example, a £70 body warmer is what you will pay and the club can't even be bothered to use a 'woven' logo rather than a 'grey' ironed on one. That just shows how tacky football clothing is and Arsenal extort this to the max. The simple insertion of a gold cannon would go a long way to making items more classy. Who honestly thought a 'grey' iron on logo would look nice?

2: The website doesn't feel smooth. Very stuck together, especially the store element.

3: 'My account' member zone is pointless. Zero information or personalization to the membership you have.

Arsenal are declining just as badly off the pitch as they are on.

Took over $700.00 of bank drafts out my account. I NEVER used the service and contacted them numerous emails to request money back. They kept $367.00 with an excuse i did not try and give the product a chance. BEWARE. IT was difficult to get the bank drafts to stop !!!

This company you have advertise to buy merchandise from are the worst company I have ever tried to buy something from! It was from the legends match on your program. I wanted to buy the ltd edition archive edition. Set to pay over 3 months, then told I won't get it for 3 months as I have set it up this way. By the manager btw. Then I asked to pay all at once, as I wanted as a xmas gift, 3 weeks later and 4 email reminders no response. As a company you should take responsibility for advertising a company with such bad customer service, especially if it's to do with Arsenal. It has ruined an amazing surprise, I've had to find something else, and cancel!! Although they still haven't replied to my cancellation email!

Never one to stand still, Arsenal are always keeping things fresh and their websites no different.
Lots of content swell as online shopping and ticket services, customer care is brilliant.

As a purple member i need to use the online facilities a lot to book tickets and keep up to date the Disabled supporters and members section is always up to date and if i need to i can call up and speak to one of the girls like Jackie who always go above and beyond.
