No customer service what so ever.
I rang on the 9th June, regarding a safety issue when queuing for the Robbie Williams concert on the 7th June.
After speaking with some one, I was advised to send an email to the stadium. So far no response. When I chased this, I was told to fill out a form on the website. Done, no response, I chased on Thursday 26th June and asked for a supervisor, No one available, the person found the message from the website and said marked as urgent and would get a response by Friday 27th, of course nothing. I have been dealing with other stadiums during the same time and have had responses and stuff action. This is a shambles Arsenal.

Disappointed with Arsenal Membership Experience
I’ve been a loyal Red Member, but this season (2024/25) has been incredibly disappointing. My account was mistakenly suspended in August 2024 with no explanation or refund. Despite numerous emails, I received no response until 31st December, when Arsenal finally lifted the suspension.
Although I could log in again, I still couldn’t apply for match tickets. After more ignored emails, I called customer service in April, only to be told a simple “box hadn’t been ticked” on the back end. By the time this was resolved, there were no league games left to apply for.
No apology, no refund, and still no response to my latest emails. I expected better treatment and communication from a club like Arsenal. Very disappointed.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. I am a life long fan. The support from Arsenal direct and Arsenal rewards is appalling. Such a massive club and I am ashamed to say they are not there to support its loyal fans.
Orders not fulfilled and reward points being taken because they are unable to provide any rewards when they have the shop right there selling merchandise…shame on you Arsenal

Arsenal Stadium Tour
I recently did the Arsenal stadium tour and it was brilliant. The staff from the Armoury store to the stadium staff were very professional and friendly.
I would like to send a big shout out to Marco who gave some of the history of the football club both on the tour and in the Arsenal museum.
His knowledge and customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend the Arsenal stadium tour if you haven’t been yet.

Faultless Experience
Done the tour. Absoloutely brilliant. Staff etc. So well managed queues etc. Very impressive. Managed to meet a legend too along the way. Super Perry Groves. Gent
The matchday experience too. Can't fault it. Great entertainment outside. Music being played in freezing conditions and keeping everyone in high spirits.
We see alot of nonsense online about matchday food prices etc. Found everything reasonable. You'll always pay more at concerts etc so all you can hope for is good quality and it delivers.
Only issue I had was the armoury was incredibly busy on matchday to the point it was hard to walk around. It's matchday though so it's expected. Still a great buzz chatting to other fans etc though.

Not the class I expect from the Arsenal
I love this club and I have supported them since 1979 but their box office and ticketing is a complete mess.
You would think that a club of this size would get its collective act together and do something to help THE FANS.
I'm a Red level member and have not been able to get tickets in the ballot for 3 years. Add to that, the fact that the club says unused tickets must go through the ticket exchange BUT you can never find tickets there? There's a note somewhere that says any fans selling tickets through a 3rd party will have their season tickets revoked.
Do this.....go on Stub Hub or Football tickets and look at the swathes of tickets available to buy at 3,4,5 or 10 times the face value. Absolute joke and makes the club a tourism venue, not a football stadium.
Dreadful company stay away
Dreadful company stay away from them at all costs. We ordered 3 printed shits for our grandchildren's Christmas presents, then over a 6 week period, someone called Noah would "say" they shipped our order time after time. 4 occasions in total. We know this to be untrue because only once did we here from a carrier to say they had our package. The carrier then messed up the delivery some how and Arsenal Direct just kept saying "don't worry we have sent it again" 4 times. I have been a member at Arsenal Football Club for many years but I will never order from this mob again.
Emirates Stadium tour
My son who is a huge Arsenal fan and I took the stadium tour just after Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and engaged my little one in conversation throughout. There is access to so much of the stadium amd the dressing room and players tunnel down to the pitch was a particular highlight. There was also a museum which we fou d Reay interesting. My only negative would be the pricing of merchandise, but it's to be expected.

Why have a club that that spends hundreds of millions on players got a website that is so bad? Complicated, convoluted and not fit for purpose - sales period for the league cup game was over Christmas and not included in the season ticket or “cup scheme”- surely people could have been notified or offered to opt in to league cup tickets?
Why do I have to login several times to the app with this useless single sign in? First the app, then again for the ticket part of the app and then again to rewards part. It’s like they’ve created several apps, all of which are not very good and none of them talk to each other.
I also have a season ticket for my child which confuses them even more. I can’t book cup tickets for her as it says she’s a child. So needed an email conversation to confirm she was ok to go.
Similarly to the overpriced food and drink in the ground (over £18 for two pies and a lemonade) the the club does not care about “legacy fans”- they just want to rinse and squeeze every penny they can out of us all and cram the ground with tourists so they get even more money in.

I am writing to express my frustration with the lack of acknowledgment from Arsenal Fran Services and response to emails sent through their new portal. Despite following the process outlined, my inquiries have gone unanswered for over five days—or, in some cases, not at all—leaving me with no way to track or follow up on these communications. This is unacceptable for a club of Arsenal’s stature.
As a local resident and lifelong fan, my simple goal is to bring my two sons to home games when I receive tickets through the ballot. However, it is clear that revenue generation is prioritised over the experience and support of local fans.
I was recently forced to visit the Fan Services offices in person after being invited by Callum, who dismissed my challenges with your complicated ticketing system as an “anomaly.” However, nearly every Arsenal fan I speak to shares similar struggles with both the ticketing process and your Fan Services team. When I visited their offices, my issue was resolved quickly by an employee who simply took my phone and details. Should I publicize that visiting your office is the only effective way to resolve issues? It is far more efficient than the cumulative 1.5 hours I spent on hold, only to be hung up on by their team, who seem to deflect blame onto the fans at every opportunity.
Lastly, with all the issues fans encounter—especially regarding this faulty ticketing system—what has Arsenal done to acknowledge these problems and offer any form of recompense for the time and frustration caused?
Their lack of communication and accountability undermines the relationship Arsenal has with its fans. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly to Fan Services, both for me and for the broader fanbase who deserves much better.

Single Sign On
Shockingly disorganised. 4 email requests and three phone calls and still haven’t sorted out my family’s accounts. Have two ballot ticket games coming up but neither my son or I can access the tickets. But don’t think they really care!

Since they went to single sign my sons season ticket/ account is linked on my account and email. Nothing ever works I just keep going around in circles! I can't see or find any of the tickets for the games he has one ballot tickets for!

Big thank you to the disability team at Arsenal Football club in the recent WSL fixture between Arsenal Ladies and Manchester City Ladies for affording me access to the sensory room for the game. As an autistic football supporter large stadiums can be problematic.
