Driver 1168 from Leeds Bradford airport was really helpful and polite

Call received 9 mins before taxi due to arrive to advised taxi would be 20 mins late. Discussed with call handler that taxi had been prebooked as had an ongoing train journey. Was advised despite prebooking does not guarantee time the taxi will arrive

What a disgrace yet again - booked in advance still can’t get a car to you on time given the excuse more bookings than cars for a 4.45am booking days on advance. I should’ve known better as this happened before - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UBER MUCH MORE RELIABLE

Terrible taxi driver. Son put wrong house number in website and so we were 5 mins late when we saw he was round the corner. Saw son approach and voided the fare. Complete opportunist. Had another fare he said but load of empty taxis at airport so can’t be true. Called son who had phone on silent at 5am. How are taxis able to void a pre paid fare if 5 mins late and say need to rebook. When we rebooked same wrong address came up but this time he agreed to take us. Very gracious. List a lifetime customer and will use Uber next time.

We were badly let down by a local taxi company, Street Cars who failed to turn up to take us to the airport so stress levels through the roof, phoned around other taxi firms but no one available, called these guys had a car with us within 15 minutes. Booked them on return journey and they were prompt, efficient and pleasant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Arrow Taxi Leeds Bradford Airport

Pre booked in April for Mini bus 4 Adults 4 cases pick up L/B Airport 2 May 24 4.30 pm. Taxi driver could not access pick up area because he didn’t have the code. We all followed him off designated area, 4 adults average age 73yrs, pulling our large cases. All cramped into a small saloon car, one case laid on knees of three adults in the back seat. Complained 3 May and received email from Arrow on 15 May 24. One sentence from that email???

“We have investigated the matter and we found that an estate car was booked and an estate car was send to pick you up.”


Yes I did order the larger car, I paid extra for that car but no I didn’t get what I ordered. Come on Arrow give the money back don’t say you fulfilled the contract!

£16 for a three mile journey from Newcastle Airport,presumably because they are the only ones allowed in.Save yourself money and book a taxi elsewhere.Read other reviews,not just me that has literally been taken for a ride.

My flight on Friday morning could not land, unbelievably on account of a hole in the runway at Bradford Airport.

We were the diverted to Manchester landing approximately at 1 am, with supply coaches to Leeds Bradford, arriving at 3.30 to 4 am on the morning.

The only franchised taxis at Leeds Bradford Airport, Arrow Taxis told me my taxis would be a wait of 10 mins.

Rather than an accurate reply that i would have to wait almost another hour. Cold and tired I waited another 55 minutes, no information,and arrived home just after 5 am

I complained to Arrow Managing Director, Daniel Graham who said they could offer no refund, despite their astronomically comparatively high price of a 9 mile journey for over £ 38 pounds.

I hope Leeds Bradford airport field more widely and competively when they give the next franchise to a taxi company; as my experience is the franchise is way over priced and inefficient. The taxi lateness and overpricing had nothing to do with late flights in or diversions coming back by coach from Manchester-as the company would like to suggest-it was failure to react and incompetence-and lied to me when my taxi would arrive. Had I known I would never have made the booking.

An error on my behalf led to me having to use arrow airport taxis at Leeds Bradford airport for the first and most certainly last time they advertise on the office window taxis waiting not for me it took 22 minutes my local taxi company took me to the airport for £17.50 the journey home same distance cost a staggering £38.43 over double I have no complaints about the driving or car used this gripe is purely about the cost beware it cost us over double what a local company charges and yes I’ve since checked with other taxis all less than half arrow’s price
