Complete scam. I ordered shoes in April 2026. Two months have passed and I have not received the shoes. I have contacted to which they state they are still in production. Then they say “boss sent them”. When I ask for verification they blocked me.
Don’t buy. Scammers

I’m extremely disappointed with the boots I received. After waiting over a month for my order, they finally arrived — and the quality was unbelievably poor. There was glue all over the teeth of the boots, making them look like they came out of a vending machine. Absolutely nothing like what was advertised.

My son’s first words were, “Mom, this is false advertisement,” and I completely agree. I’ve never had such a terrible shopping experience.

To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to get a return shipping label for weeks through every possible method — Instagram, Facebook, email — and they’ve ignored every message. I just want a refund and return instructions, but no one is responding.

This whole situation has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from this company under any circumstance.

So they received the boots or has been two weeks now and it was confirmed they received it because I sent it returned receipt and I have been trying to get in touch by sending emails and texting this Jack guy at 317-712-6426 and I see the he reads my messages and he doesn’t answer .. I’m so frustrated.
Reported them to FTC

I see someone else fell for the exact scam I almost fell for back in December 2024. I had to dispute against them on PayPal and through our discussion it was so obvious they were scammers that they knew they had no choice but to refund me or else PayPal will report them. I got my money back. I reported them to the FTC as fraud and now I’m writing this review because I see another person got conned out of their money buying the exact shoes I was going to buy before I realized. Now they’re sending me unsolicited emails trying to get me to click on links, three months later.

THIS IS A SCAM. If you used PayPal or another protective online wallet service, OPEN A DISPUTE ASAP AND FIGHT UNTIL YOU WIN. I won!

These guys said the most bogus scammy things to me on the PayPal dispute chat:

“We will suffer a great loss from this cancellation, please reconsider?”

“If you do not let us keep 20 dollars of the money for our warehouse labor, then believe me, I cannot refund you.” (LOL)

“Cancel this dispute first and then I can refund you.”

“I promise you that in two weeks you will receive the most perfect gift.”

And best of all: “Refunded.”

Just giving some golden Arqa quotes in case anyone reading needed a laugh. These guys are despicable and not very bright. Their HQ is a random suite in China, NOT UK; their email address doesn’t match their business profile; their site is full of grammar errors; they will fight to keep your money instead of refunding you like a reputable business would.

Now it appears these guys want me to click on a fake tracking number so they can steal my personal information, perhaps to write more fake reviews.

Their domain is brand newly registered on who.is — I was one of the first “customers”, having found them on IG. They also use stolen retail pics and videos.

Do not shop here.

Update 4/10/25 - I have had success getting a refund from PayPal for $116.98. So don’t give up! You can get your money back if you never received your order.
I Ordered boots on Jan 1, 2025 -Nightmare ‘Hellhound’ Black Faux Leather Platform Boots”. I have sent 4 email requests for updates (2/3, 3/1, 3/15 and today 3/31) I have not received my order. Stated they are based in Chengdu China so no phone, only email to bashafanni
I checked the website and all negative reviews (related to not receiving their order) have been scrubbed. I paid $116.98 USD. I can only assume this is a scam. Don’t trust this company!
