I haven't received my home trial , it was cancelled with no reason or explanation.

I love the glasses from this company and I am always kept informed of the progress of my order. The glasses are always perfect when they arrive and they are an excellent price. Matt is always helpful with any queries or questions that you may have too. An excellent company in every aspect.

The try at home was fast, but to send me a reading glasses it has been very slow... it has been 3 weeks (ordered 13th Sep, now 4th Oct) and I still didn't receive them. If there was a backlog, or if lenses were varifocal or if I requested any other coating would justify the delay. I only received an email saying "it would be send tomorrow" and has been 6 days since the email. Considering my experience, I wouldn't recommend.

Horrible company, placed an order for a trial on the 20th July and the order is still showing as processing today (31st July).
I emailed to ask about it 3 days ago but still no reply. Glad I didn't waste my money on the actual glasses.

I’ve had several pairs of glasses over the years and always come back for new ones. Frames are excellent quality as are the lenses!

I was recommended Arlo Wolf by a friend and I found a perfect pair of glasses after having home trials from so many other companies over many, many months. Matt from Arlo Wolf was SUPER helpful throughout and I praise his advice and patience throughout. He replied to emails quickly and was a superstar! There was a slight issue with the glasses I received, which was actually a mistake on my part/that of the provider I last bought glasses through, but my Arlo Wolf glasses were corrected, returned and I am very pleased to be wearing them right now! Thank you Arlo Wolf, I am a very happy customer and will recommend to others too :)

Tried to stick with this brand, but the clunky website and lacklustre customer service made it too frustrating. I found a pair I loved during the home trial, but checkout errors stopped me from buying them - no matter what device, browser, or network I used. After already contacting customer service once to fix an account issue, I seemed to hit a roadblock at every step - what should’ve been a simple purchase turned into a tiresome ordeal. When I reached out again, the response was basically “Other customers have had no issues. Try closing and reopening your browser.” At that point, I’d put in way too much effort for so little help, so I (begrudgingly) took my business elsewhere.

This was a gift for someone so needed to be right. You didn’t let me down !

Matt was very helpful in helping me to place the order. I didn't want to pay high street prices for glasses, as I have the beginning of Cataracts , and may not wear glasses once the Op is done. Very pleased with the end result , and the only thing I would say is that maybe a few more choices in frames would be nice. Overall a very positive experience.

Great service great glasses

Really love the glasses. Getting loads of compliments and I can see out of them well too. Not the cheapest but I tried cheaper stores and couldn’t find a style I liked until coming across this one. Customer service were super helpful when I was delayed sending my 4-pack home trial back. Really impressed ❤️

All went perfectly. Quick delivery, the packaging was nice and secure, the glasses were nice just didn't suit me so the try at home service was used exactly as intended!
