Dan was incredible. They made everything easy and amazing from start to finish including the ordering and receiving process. Everything was prepackaged and labeled and made my life incredibly easy. Additionally if there were any errors, they were fixed quickly and without worry!

They always do a great job and Dan knows to reach out at the end of each year for us to place our large annual order. Great company and people!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Working with this company was a shambles from beginning to end. Zero to no communication when we had issues with product not being shipped, massive delays, and to cap it all off, they messed up the fundraising check they were supposed to provide. They sent our check to me, then a week later sent a second check. When I inquired about it they said to destroy the second check, which I did, as I had already passed the first along to the team coach. Then three days late, they emailed and said to destroy the FIRST check instead. Multiple emails and phone calls later and all they finally said was "sorry, not our fault." Unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I’ve placed an order with them previously, the quality of the print was great and they had reached out to confirm my design, everything was done in a quick manner. However, my most recent order stood out with above and beyond customer service. I told them I needed my order by a certain date, they told me as long as I put my order through before 5pm of that day they’d get my order through by when I needed it. They even called me so we could discuss certain issues immediately to cut down on response time to meet my deadline. Amazing customer service.

I love the personal attention that I receive from Ares. My account manager, Dan, always treats me like I am his only customer. I know that he is extremely busy but his timeliness to my orders does not go unnoticed. I have been a coach for nearly 20 years and have never received the type of service that I have from Ares. They make the entire experience easy and I'll definitely be using them and recommending them to my colleagues. In the current environment of customer service, Ares stands head and shoulders above the rest.

They continue to go above and beyond even through Covid. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to open a store.

TEAM ARES continues to set the gold standard in service, communication, and gear/products. I have been with this team for the past 5 years. I model my athletic department to be a first class like college athletic departments. With TEAM ARES I feel I get it from them. We are committed to them as they are to our athletic department and student activities. It is a "family" atmosphere , from knowing Marc in customer service, to Steve, Ty, Brian, Dave to"Coleen". The weekly calls/emails to "check in" is appreciated as they share whats new with products, services or deals. Need custom teamlogo sneakers? Yeah they can get it!!!! They are creative too so the look is unique. They stand behind their services and products. The question should not be about how are they doing, the question should be when are you signing up to be on this team.

They were able to work with me and help me get the right items that i needed for my wrestling program and get them in a timely mannor.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WARNING!!! This company absolutely ruined a school event for us. They had guaranteed our school to have our clothing order by a specific date. They called us up 5 days before the event (on the day that the order was supposed arrive), to tell us that malware had attacked their system and they would not be able to complete the order. It is now too late to order shirts from another company for our school's event. We would have to raise the price of the shirts astronomically, for us to go elsewhere. I teach at a low income school, and students don't have $90 to spend on a tshirt. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere else. I will be emailing the entire school district (who previously ordered from Ares), and I will tell them find someone new. This is so disappointing. The company didn't offer anything to fix the situation or make it better in anyway. This is not good customer service. Griffin was our point person and all he sent was a half-hearted apology. It was a pathetic attempt at fixing the situation. Again, I cannot stress enough, that you should not use this company.

Such a great experience from start to finish. Griffin did an awesome job quickly answering all of my questions! Everyone loves their items and we will definitely use this company again.
