Where do I start, we have been using Arden Winch for many years.

Marc Reeve is a very knowledgeable and professional individual; always remaining helpful and polite, where nothing is too much trouble.

I would describe Marc as an excellent problem solver, always initiating solutions to any issues in which may arise.

Marc is our rep and he's amazing, he takes our PPE, uniform and dispenser requirements for various different sites and roles into consideration when sourcing us what we need. As we are such a huge organisation and offer all sorts of courses at the college the needs of one building or department for these items differs from other ones. He's lovely to work along side and so polite and patient with us all., he's worked with the college for many years, growing and adapting alongside all our varying needs as the industries and educations evolve.

Our delivery driver Paul is spot on, always on time and so helpful calling when he is on route with ETAs. 10/10 service.

Arden Winch have been a supplier of ours for over a year now. They are always a phone call away of we need help with certain products. We have also been able to collect a few items the same day that have been needed, rather than waiting for delivery, due to their warehouse onsite. We previously used to buy our uniform from a different supplier and then send it elsewhere to be embroidered or heat-sealed. Arden winch have there own onsite department that does all this, which makes things so much easier for us. Overall they are a local and friendly company who are efficient and put their customers first. Would definitely recommend them!!

Order placed 24th October 2023. No tracking sent, so chased update 30th October - No Reply. Chased again 2nd November - No Reply. Chased AGAIN today - not expecting a reply.
