My mare suffered a tendon injury and a friend suggested I try the ARC Equine and I was so delighted with the results I decided to also try it on myself, again, excellent results. Almost 2 years later I am still using the ARC both for my horses and personally and always with excellent results. Supplies are quick to be delivered and recovery times are much faster in all aspects.

My first experience with ArcEquine was when one of my horses had a lump on the side and the lump was supposed to be removed after the jumping season, but in this time we found ArcEquine and in 4 weeks the lump was completely gone so no operation was necessary. Then I used it on my horse who was after 4 eye surgeries and he needed to strengthen his immunity. His recovery was remarkably fast and without any complications or pain. Now I use ArcEquine on all of my show horses after every show to make sure that their tendons and muscles remain healthy. Big plus of ArcEquine is the easy use and the possibility to ride with it.

I came across the Arc device and I loved that it was a holistic approach to helping with pain relief. I recently had surgery and I used it to help with my recovery. When the medications were wearing off after surgery I put on the device and my pain went away within 10mins. I didn’t have to take any pain medications. I’m convinced it helped me to recovery faster as well. My doctor was impressed how I’ve been able to heal so fast.

I love how easy ArcEquine is to use. I use it on any horse experiencing an i jury, as well as for recovery after hard events.
An added bonus is we have seen sarcoid stall off the horses that have had regular use with the ArcEquine.

I’ve been religiously using ArcEquine for over 8 years after stumbling across a Horse and Hound feature. My horse had torn every tendon and ligament in his right leg and the vets had written him off. Ian at Arc, was positive and supportive so I gave ArcEquine a try. A few months later my horse trotted up a few strides sound, I wasn’t sure if it was the machine so I tested it on my other horses. Their mane grew like weeds and my old PSG dressage horse became far more expressive and regular in his paces! I use Arc every day on all of my horses, young and old, jumping and dressage, and fingers crossed I’m sure it helps keep them happy and sound. My previously lame horse is still with me and although he doesn’t compete he’s happily hacking and schooling, and nannying all the young ones on the yard.

I have been using the arc equine on my 5yr old mare for a year now and I swear by the arc and I have friends which would say the same.
My horse feels so much better when she’s been wearing it on the 3 hour cycle.
It also has a great battery life I hardly see myself going to charge it!
She feels more free, happier and always much more chilled out.
I have put the date from 2022 as that’s how long I’ve been using it 😀

Really easy to use on both horses and humans, helps so much with maintaining performance as well as rehabbing my mare from a ligament tear. Great customer service and support too, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to any horse owner, no matter the discipline!!

Worked so well, got an Arc4health for me!
We were advised to get an ArcEquine by a number of people who all just seemed to sing their praises, it was something everyone seemed to know about and like, so we took the plunge when our 15.2 went lame (again). It was easy to use and seemed to not cause any worry to the horse. The speed of recovery was noticeably faster than the previous occasions and the issue has not returned! We now use it when then come in over night and whenever they have been worked hard. Have not risked putting on in the field but that is more about the amount of mud we have rather than the unit harness.
Having got the human version (arc4health) we are equally thrilled with that too. Faster recovery from injury , better sleep and improved skin and hay fever..! and that is just the stuff I am aware of. My Dad got himself one too after seeing my results - 79 year old sceptic begrudgingly said he had noticed that he does not have calf pain on his early morning walk now! He is totally thrilled, thank you ArcMicrotech! Great job all round.

Now I have seen myself the difference and results it’s now a part of my routine and I wouldn’t want to be without one!

I highly recommend arc equine to anyone from a happy hacker to a competitive rider to aid recovery ans maintenance for your horse!

What a fantastic piece of technology. This has worked wonders for a pony recovering from a suspensory injury and some oap showjumpers still at the top of there game. Friendly helpful staff and amazing customer service.

Following a very bad bike accident with 4 months in hospital and another two months at home restricted in my movement my fiancé bought me the human version.
I would have frankly tried anything at that point and I was skeptical but I had only heard good things about the horse version so I tried it out as I went to sleep. And I DID wake up feeling actually pretty good. I couldn’t say my smashed pelvis or any other injury instantly felt amazing but I just felt lighter and had a spring in my step so to speak. And on the night I didn’t use it I awoke feeling dreadful. It may be coincidence but I never miss a night anymore

Appalling customer service.

Not even owned for 8 weeks and mine stopped working. BE WARY they will not fix, replace or offer any kind of money off new units if they consider there could be any damage!

Bearing in mind horses aren’t designed to wear an Arc Equine - it might be a consideration for them to design a more protective casing? It’s likened to a £300 calculator strapped to a horses leg. One roll and it’s off.

Or just throw £300 to the wind as has happened here with absolutely no support, goodwill gesture or offer to replace. (I did get offered a brand new kit without the gel and straps at ‘shock horror’ full price!).

No thanks. Shambolic.

Updated. I have been requested to remove my feedback but so disappointed am I in your failure to give any kind of replacement, that I feel it is of the utmost importance to stress upon people of the risk of this product failing quickly (and your consecutive failure to provide a product suitable for horsewear at this price). Who has an insurance policy for things like this? (Perhaps this is something you should be offering if you know this product is so easily damaged).

Secondly, your failure to even offer a replacement of a ‘part serviced or older model’ is poor service on your part. Trust pilot is purely for this purpose - to make others considering to purchase your product aware - and I have no intention of removing a post where poor customer service has been experienced.

As an equine vet, I am always looking for things that may help my patients and give them that bit of "extra" support, be it for healing injuries or maintenance. 2 of my cases where I used the Arc Equine stick out most to me - one, a 30 year old pony that could no longer have bute for pain relief due to the effects on the gastrointestinal tract. When on bute, this pony was just about comfortable walking around the field, and on no bute, had no quality of life and we were discussing euthanasia. After 1 week using the Arc Equine, the owner sent me a video of the horse cantering around the field, with a new lease of life, on no pain relief other than the Arc Equine! The second was a sports horse with a very large hole in a ligament in the hind pastern, this horse was given a very poor prognosis to return to athletic function. After just 6 weeks of using the Arc Equine, the lesion had already filled in and the horse then returned to international eventing. I now recommend my clients to have an Arc Equine in their tack room, as an essential piece of equipment!

I bought both the Equine machine and one for humans. My husband fractured his femur 8 years ago with continued discomfort the machine eased and improved his walking. My horse severed her superficial digital flexor tendon in June and was operated on and came home from hospital in July. Since then I have used your machine and the vet's were amazed at her recovery in November when she had a scan. She is due her last scan next week and we are hoping for more improvement. She is now being ridden 6 months earlier than expected and I put this down to the fact we did everything correctly but using the arc equine machine I feel has made a massive improvement. Live it as it is so easy to use aswell

This is a fabulous piece of kit and I use it on all my horses from the 6yr old to my retired event mare at 19. Used correctly it has helped her arthritis and also helped with her sarcoid healing.
I also used it for my gelding after his colic surgery. Fantastic device.

Didn't do anything for our horses at all except cause skin irritation

We bought an Arc Equine to help our dressage horses and it caused serious damage!! Lots of severe cuts and wounds to their legs. We tried it on different horses in case 1 was just sensitive but happened to both!! This item is dangerous!! AVOID!!!!!

Great bit of kit, I used mine on me and the horse. It’s helping me manage the pain from a nasty compound fracture…..Harry might get a chance to try one day 😂

I would never be without this little amazing device. So simple to use. Horses don't even know its on. I have used it on everyone of my 17 horses and ponies. Most dramatic results were on my warmblood after a freak field accident tore the skin off his nose. Helped him heal so much faster thanI would have imagined. Now I use it as a monthly treatment for all, it has paid for itself 10 fold.
