My well priced expansion tank arrived well packaged and on time enabling me to get my replacement job done as scheduled - which was important for me because of the leak I had. Will definitely use Arcana again 👍👍

I ordered a part wrong so sent it back
I ordered a part wrong so sent it back. Ordered the right part as per list but got the same part sent back as was sent the first time. Now have to send that back. Hopefully third time lucky. Also you can not get to talk to anyone even though there in Britain

We are only open from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday and unfortunately, your message was sent over the weekend so we were unable to respond in as timely a manner as you would have liked. We have added these opening hours to more areas of our website so this is more clear for future customers.

Customer Service satisfaction
Arcanu supplied me with thermostat two years ago. Last week I sent an email informing them it had stopped working which prompted an extremely quick response and I received a new thermostat the next morning. Most impressed and I have no hesitation in recommending this Company for their high level of customer service.

Couldn’t ask for a better service!
My expansion vessel failed on a Wednesday and I managed to order a replacement through Arcanu that afternoon and received delivery on the Thursday AM. They kept me informed all the way throughout the process. Couldn’t ask for a better service!
