This was a garbage experience. me and my friends went there to enjoy a meal but we were invited with a moldy bacon in my sandwich

It took way to long to answer the phone and then when I asked for a Meat Mountain, they hung up the phone.

This is a violation of Arby's workplace policy and I would like Arby's to take note of this and at least attempt to have better service.

Garbage 🗑. Spent $51.00 for trash.

EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GIVE ARBYS AT 10407 E SPRAGUE AVE IN SPOKANE VALLEY, WA ANOTHER CHANCE WE ARE FORCED TO DEAL WITH ANOTHER NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA WHY WE EVER GO BACK! THEY EITHER MISS PART OF OUR ORDER, THEY DONT HAVE AN ITEM AVAILABLE, THEIR MACHINES ARENT WORKING AND EVEN WORSE THEY NEVER APOLOGIZE OR GIVE A CARE. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW ANYONE EVER GOES BACK AND AFTER SPENDING TONS OF MONEY THERE EVERY WEEK WE FINALLY WILL NEVER GIVETHEM ANOTHER CHANCE. IT IS CRAZY HOW MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY RECEIVE ANDFOR THE COST EATING THEREYOU FEEL LIKE THEY THINK IT IS A 5 STAR. RESTAURANT! NEVER AGAIN ARBYS AND I WILLTAKE AS MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERSWITH MESINCE THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE!!!! SO LONG ARBYS, YOU STINK!!!!

The Arbys store located at 4086 Lawrenceville Hwy, Librun is a Horrible place to eat at 4/ 04/2026, I went through Drive through and ordered 2 Kings fish sandwiches combos, my fish was cold as ice cream, my drinks was flat and the attendant has a mad attitude. Never again will I waste 25 dollars on food, when the workers don’t care what they are serving you.

I paid for bogo 30.00 worth of food cold bag of garbage didn't get the deal no meat on sandwiches & cold & over paid i would like a refund please!

We just ate at Arby’s on I-81 mile marker 226. The fish sandwiches were very good; far better than mcd’s. Also enjoyed the ranch chicken wrap. My wife was pleased with the peach cobbler. The service was polite and prompt. Bathrooms were clean. We were pleased all around.

If I could give a review less than a one I would, I was just at the Parksburg Pennsylvania Arby’s order dinner specifically ordered a fish sandwich plain nothing on it when I got home opened up by dinner. My sandwich had cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce on it that’s not what I ordered. I called the store talked to the manager on duty. Her name was Mandy. She could not help me she said she had to call her supervisor he said there’s nothing that they can do unless I drive a half hour back to the store and then drive another half hour back home wasting an hour of my time for a $10 sandwich that they could not get right. I will be telling all of my friends in that area about my experience. Her supervisor’s name was Adam.

I went today to get some food because I really enjoy it and I love the jamocha shake. I had my service dog with me. There was one other customer in the entire restaurant. And my service animal ,because he is trained, was on his best behavior. Immediately walking in I was told no dogs were allowed to which I responded saying that he's a service dog. The worker then asked me repeatedly for his paperwork. I stepped outside to call and have his paperwork sent to me and then I went back inside to educate the staff since they obviously had no clue what they were talking about. I showed them the paperwork. They continued to argue with me telling me that it is not illegal for them to ask me for his paperwork even though I pulled it up on my phone and showed them the Ada act where it states that it is. Then once there was no avoiding the fact that they were wrong the shift manager decided to try saying that there was no way that my dog was a service dog because he is a pitbull. Mind you just minutes prior I had shown her his paperwork but since obviously she wasn't paying attention I showed it to her again. They finally serviced me but shift manager decided to stay there and and talk about how it's illegal in Georgia for a pitbull to be a service animal which I don't know why they hadn't learned this yet but maybe they should really educate themselves before they open up their mouths to make a fool of themselves speaking on something they don't have the facts about. It was very convenient for me to go to that Arby's because I'm staying at the hotel next door right now but I promise you I will never step foot in there again. Every person I interacted with was rude and did not want to hear anything I had to say which was made clear by them talking over me, interrupting me, cutting me off, and blatantly just disregarding what I was telling them. They we're all more concerned with being right than learning something. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. I cannot believe I had to go through so much just to get some lunch smh. I'm so disgusted.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Don't even THINK about wasting your time at this dump. I have given Arby's time after time after time to come through professionally with good service, and they have dropped the ball nearly every single time. SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS they can't understand. SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS they can't deliver. SIMPLE REQUESTS to receive customer support afterwards from management that fall on deaf ears. Consider this public rating a big fat ZERO. Thanks for nothing, Arby's.

The Greek gyro sandwich used to be delicious, now it is terrible, what are they doing

MY EXPERIENCE AT 4615 JONESBORO ROAD 3/20/2026 @10:45AM, WAS VERY TERRIBLE. I ORDERED #1 FRIES WAS HARD AND COLD, LEMONADE WAS NOTHING BUT WATER. #14 I ASKED FOR NO ONIONS ON THE TURKEY SANDWICH, IT WAS ONIONS ON THE SANDWICH, FRIES COLD LEMONADE WAS WATER. 5PC TENDER MEAL THE TENDERS WAS COLD AND HARD ALSO THE FRIES AND THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE WAS STRAWBERRY WATER.I'VE BEEN CALLING THE RESTURANT SINCE I RECIEVED MY ORDER, NO ANSWER FOR 2 HRS AS OF NOW @12:53PM. OUR LUNCH BREAK IS 11AM-11:30, IT WAS NO WAY TO RETURN THE FOOD BECAUSE I DONT GET OFF UNTIL 3:45PM. THE WORST I EVER HAD FROM THEM. I ASKED FOR ARBY SAUCE SHE GAVE ME KETCHUP.THIS REALLY MESSED MY DAY UP, NOW WE WORKING ON A EMPTY STOMACH. $38.22 A WASTE OF MONEY. I WILL LIKE A REFUND OR FRESH FOOD.

Arby's in South Hill, Virginia. It's so delicious, had their double cheesy burger, a jalapeno bites, curly french fries and a Dr. Pepper yum. Yum yum great customer service thank. You for an awesome lunch.We will always come back

The manager was talking loudly with a guest or a friend at the counter for 20 minutes ignoring customers. The fries were dead! They were so old the were soggy and limp. Tables were not cleaned evwen though we were there at a slower time. There were stacks of trays on the waste bins. They had not bothered to reset the chairs in the lobby as they were scattered around tables. The soda fountain looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. (liquid had time to dry)
Overall, it was a very poor showing.

Went to Arby's drive thru. 2 ahead of us in line. We waited, called out and waited some more. Son finally placed order on line. Drive to window, no one there. A girl finally saw us. Was totally unaware anyone was in line (3-4 cars). Gave us our drinks, said order not ready, told us they'd bring order out. Parked. Waited another 8s min, finally had to go in and wait some more to get our order.

My overall experience was a "BIG FAT ZERO"!!. You have an app that doesnt work! Second your contact form online is atrocious! You use a primative app that DOESNT WORK AND HAS NEVER HAS WORKED YOU KNOW THAT! INSTEAD OF PROVIDING A BETTER ALTERNATIVE AND A CONTACT FORM THAT WORKS, YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT!! I SEE MORE AND MORE COMPANIES LIKE YOURS FAILING AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU MAKE IT DIFFICULT NOT ONLY TO PLACE AN.OREER ON YOUR APP AND YOUR APP THEN DECIDES TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR THE NEXT MORNJNG AT 10 AM???? I NEVER SELECTED AND IN FACT A CALANER NWVER CAME UP ASKING ME THE DAY I WAN WHY, BECAUSE YOUR APP DECIDED TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR THE NEXT DAY, WHEN I TED THE ORDER FOR. I PLACED.IT FOE PICKUO THAT SAME NIGHT RIGHT AS I WAS IN YOUR PARKING LOT. IN FACT I DIDNT EVEN K EW TJATS WHAT HAPPENED AND I SAT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WAITING FOR THE.ODER. AS A RESULT I SAT AT YOUR DRIVE THRU WINDOW FOR 30 MINUTES!!!!!! NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO GIVE ME ANY UPDATE AND TO AT LEAST TELL ME THAT THEY STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ONLINE ORDER. YOUR STORE WASNT AT ALL BUSY BUT INSTEAD YOUR MANAGER AND YOUR EMPLOYEE WHERE PICKING THEIR BUTTS!!! I REALLY???? What makes it even worse, isn't? You can't even cancel your order. You get no option.
I don't want to wait for the nezt day, I want to be able to cancel my.order and get a refund. Np, you dont have that option and your online form whidh you know dpliesnt work so now I havw ti call to get a refund? Your intentionally do this because you know that their will be people who dont want to go thought that hassel but then again as uou can see but your 1 star reviews, these people now who used to be your customers you have lost as a result!!!! Poor strategy and crooked at that!!! I will be getting my refund and I will not be visiting your stores !!!

Done a online order for 3 classic beef an cheddar an a steakhouse brisket sandwich the food was ice cold i had to wait in my order.the steakhouse brisket sandwich was not brisket all fat from a pig.the classic beef and cheddar had maybe 1 slice of meat on it. SORRY FOOD WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BOAZ ARBY'S EVER.

Went to Arby's in Mcminnville TN. The sign was off but they were open. The drive thru line was full and barely moving. I finally got to the spot to order and the menu sign light was out there too. No one ever ask for my order so people were going to the window to order. I decided to go inside. I ordered and still had to wait 35 minutes for my order! Never again!!
