andrew asked me for 7000 in fees to get a loan approved and after i said no ....reduced to 3500 which should have been a sign but i reduced to 2000 and asked for funding and ill pay the rest....after some going back and forth never got funded and never got my money back .....blame went every where but nothing happened and i'm out 2000!!!! I don't understand the positive reviews at all . TOTAL SCAM !!!!! I should have know deal was too good to be true.... 250k at 48 months payback 280k ......way too good to be true.......thats better than any bank or gov loan !!!!!! follow your instinct and don't fall for it like I did .....I only blame myself.......asked me to remove the review and they'll fund but never happened. fact

It is inappropriate to post this review while we are on a Yom Kippur holiday. Our intention was to collaborate with you, but today is a national Jewish holiday, and your dissatisfaction with us is concerning. Unfortunately, this is not an effective way to communicate. Consequently, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be working with you.
We would also like to make it known that $7,000 in fees on a $200,000 agreement is considered pretty low that is about 3% of the agreement, this deal was prepared to be funded until your behavior on a national holiday when we were off.

Decent experience a lot of questions about our revenue and how we operate our cash flow, we originally inquired for $40,000 monthly payments they came back with $28,500 and weekly payments we received $26,050 in our account. Overall decent they came through with what was approved. Let’s see how the rest of this goes. They offered a prepayment discount if paid within 5 months, seems short, but again okay.

This is my second time working with…
This is my second time working with this Broker/Lendr, and I’m not entirely sure why since it wasn’t funded with Aquinas. Regardless, the process took about 2 1/2 days, and they finally came through and got me a Line Of Credit with a company called Idea. The only downside was the fee, which was 3 1/2% on the full Line Of Credit amount of 300,000. I get that they need to be paid for their work, but I thought this was a bit high. Anyway, they asked for a review, so here’s my take on it. I’m happy with the outcome, but I’m also a bit disappointed.

I personally know this owner
I personally know this owner. He’s done a great job and helping businesses across the nation solidify working capital for their business. Our doctors office being one of them nearby over in Hasbrouck Heights. I do also know that a lot of the negative messages here mention he is not a funder He absolutely is a direct lender. I will direct anybody that says differently to the NYSCEF website, confirming and showing any and all customers that have defaulted on him with the contracts payment history in there as well. Pretty sad to see competition go this low to try and ruin his success.

They came through with a 3 year loan
They came through with a 3 year loan, which I thought was not real at first, monthly payments, the cost of capital was decent but overall we are satisfied. Used the funds as a bridge and for paying down debt. Thank you very much to our sales rep Logan.

Good experience with this company. Not easy to do work in this industry due to competiveness and dealing with bank rates. We received a line of credit through them that went out 2 1/2 years, good rate, just high fee, but we are happy none the less.

Aquinas collected over $15k in fees for cancelled deal
Aquinas collected over $15K in fees via Zelle for a brokered finance deal that did not go through. They have been unresponsive since, and still have not returned the $$$. They did help us with four prior funding deals and now claim the 'extra' $15K was fees for those first deals, not the failed one.

First we would like to address, we did not disappear for two years, we simply paused on funding you in house due to changes in our underwriting, which is why we choose to broker your application. When Covid came we had a plethora of merchants that defaulted so we tightened up our guidelines.
Please be reminded that our services are not provided pro bono. The time and effort we have invested in your behalf are not free. This is the first time in six years of working with you that a deal has not been finalized. We have consistently secured lucrative deals for your business and have always received positive feedback from our clients.
It is unfortunate that you are now attempting to take advantage of our services by requesting additional assistance beyond what is reasonable. We have contributed significantly to your business’s growth through numerous transactions.
We will respond to your complaints as they arise and will pursue legal action against you and your business for defamation. Please exercise caution and refrain from any further inappropriate behavior.
