Not a bad day out at all and plenty of. Life rides to get you through the day. Some of the rides did have a near two hour Q tho and fast track options ran out. Some staff were rude particularly those charging you for sun beds which I found very strange due to price of entry, Adding 9 euros per sunbed I thought was a joke, and the two girls charging for them were really rude.
Bought tickets online in the morning for the afternoon but my son took ill a couple of hours later. Wouldn’t refund without a medical certificate knowing full well a tourist won’t get a medical certificate for diarrhoea. Don’t expect good customer service if you need help.
Great selection of water slides unfortunately let down by the queues that didn’t seem to go down. This is down to some people who don’t think they have to queue for anything and don’t mind just pushing through my kids and any other people to get to the front of the queue all in all I wasted €148 to get into the park.
Nothing wrong with place, loads of slides. What ruined it for us is they fail to mention their water is salty, so for my daughter this killed her skin, we left within an hour or so as she couldn't stick the water. No slide time.
We also thought that £7 per chair was steep, £7 per locker and then to make you pay £6 each for a Ringo.
