Easy purchase very happy with my Tennis Trainer Kit

I purchased an item for $335 from mylensball that didn't match the item that was advertised.
After constant attempts to arrange a return and a refund, a return postage label was provided to me and the item sent back to them.
Australia Post tracking confirms that the item was delivered and again, after numerous attempts to chase my refund, I received a text advising that I would be refunded by the following Wednesday. I never received my refund and they continue to ignore my calls, texts and emails.

How a small business can treat another in this way is absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your time or money.

I place a order been waiting over two months. They received my money said will notify me of shipping date .have nothing just a con site . Be warned

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a desk lamp in September. AW was lightning fast at taking my money, but no sign of lamp two months later. Follow up enquiries have gone unanswered. Can only conclude AW is a scam. Will report accordingly to Consumer Affairs.

My experience with Apu's World has been terrible. On 2 May 21 I purchased a JellyFish Lava Lamp for my son's birthday in early June. On 2 July 21 I followed up with customer support and was told in an email someone would get back to me within 48 hours. I heard nothing. I have contacted customer service twice since then, in August and September, and have received no response. I have still not received the lamp. I won't use them again and suggest you don't either based on my bad experience.

Couldn't supply the robot vacuum I ordered within a reasonable time frame (would have been over 4 weeks and that still wasn't guaranteed)

No communication from them either, I had to follow up after my product still hadn't shipped after 2 weeks.

Was granted a refund, refund receipt was emailed but no refund ever showed up in my bank account.

Currently disputing the transaction with my bank.

This was ordered in july, so they have had plenty of time to refund.

I've ordered from this place previously and my order came through fine.

I would highly recommend NOT ordering from apus world at this time.

he will take your money and will scam you by saying Aus Post lost your parcel and will force you to chase AusPost

hundreds of innocent people have fallen into this trap

I wish I had the read the scam related reviews before placing order for a roborock S5 max. Just like the others here, it was lost in transit by Australia Post. All my life Australia Post has never lost a single item! And now they don't respond to my calls, text messages or emails. I am lodging a complaint with the ACCC and obviously with PayPal to get my refund. So disappointed and frustrated with all the time and energy that's gone into resolving this issue.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THEM, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
