Not a great experience with your service tbh. I ordered a dryer 31st Dec and then was lost and I received it 3 weeks later. I was told it be there tomorrow there tomorrow there tomorrow but was never.
I was promised in writing money back as a gesture of good will towards my inconvenience but I never got it. I asked again and was promised but still nothing. To be lied to throughout the ordeal from order to delivery and be promised money back is very unprofessional and poor customer experience overall. I would never recommend your service to anyone

The shop and the team are very understanding and helpful.

Ordered on A Sunday. Had no communication 4 days later of where my order was. I phoned and spoke to an extremely helpful staff member Siobhan. She sorted everything & my item was delivered following day.
Unfortunately only part of my order arrived. I phoned on Saturday and was met with an unhelpful staff member who told me to ring back Monday. I emailed to confirm the details and have received no written reply and have no idea about the rest of my order. I am going to phone again to try and resolve issue but its been nothing but a shame and extra work on my end trying to complete & receive my order in full. Siobhan was great in helping & sorting but the overall order & process has been less than desirable to say the least. It was my first time ordering from Appliances Delivered and i am not sure i could recommend after my experience.

Item never arrived. Was promised multiple times it was on the way and even waited in for a morning having been promised it would arrive within a specified timeslot. Courier didn’t even have the manners to reply to my text message. Do yourself a favour and save yourself a lot of unecessary hassle by steering clear of this crowd!

Efficient Delivery.

Delivered within the 3-5 standard delivery timeline. Exactly as described, no problems.

It was delivered very promptly but the person wasn't able to install so he said I would get my 60 euro refunded. I haven't had it refunded and, despite sending two emails to customer service since the delivery was made a week ago, I haven't had a response.

New fridge was delivered next day, carried up 3 flights of stairs, installed into cabinets, and old fridge taken away in under an hour. Excellent service and friendly technicians!

After 2 emails and a phone call my item was finally (supposedly) shipped, three WEEKS after it was ordered. Another week later and still no item. A follow up email and 2 phone calls have been ignored. Starting to wonder if they've just taken my money!

Update: A few more phone calls and I have finally received my item. Ordered on 5th February and received on 18th March. It took a very long time, however, customer service was polite and they did refund 50% of my purchase price. Therefore I have amended the stars to 3. Would I buy from them again though? No.

Installation was quick and efficient, Trevor was very pleasant poor man had to get the appliance up 3 flights of stairs & did so with no complaints.

I bought a new coffee machine and would definitely purchase from Appliances Delivered again. The price was unbeatable and customer service was fantastic!!
