Can't fault anything about the course or the instructor Lee.
He explains everything very clearly and makes sure we understood it.
The whole thing was relaxed but done in a way as to get through it all very thoroughly.
I'd recommend it to anyone thinking about it....money and time well spent.

I've just finished the course held by NAC, and was really impressed with the course structure, information given and training provided. Our instructor, Lee, was a great tutor. He was informative and answered any questions in a way everyone understood. I have recently completed the 2 weeks training program at NAC, Lee was a great mentor who is also an engineer and got more then 20 years of experience in the industry. When I first submitted an email to make enquiries about the course, Lee got back to me within the hour. Super responsive. After discussions I was satisfied this was the right course for me, but until you actually attend, there is always that seed of doubt in the back of your mind that makes you wonder whether it is the correct course for you or not. WORRY NOT! What Lee shared with over the phone was absolutely spot on and the course content more than exceeded my expectations. After a career change from a much more corporate background, I can only say that a lot of trainers could do to observe and learn from how this intensive course was put together, a lot of thought has gone into it, to ensure learners / trainees get the absolute most from it. First of all having never been linked with the white Goods industry I was unsure what to expect. After 2 weeks completing the foundation course it was all very much worth it. I have undertaken various types of training and sat in many a courses but this is without doubt the most comprehensive and well presented course I have ever attended. Lee is not only highly skilled but presents from the perspective of a white goods engineer making things as simple to understand as possible whilst highlighting the importance of safety. I would without doubt recommend this course and I came away thinking it was money well spent. Thankyou

My experience with the 2 weeks appliance training course was absolutley brilliant from start to finish! Whether you have some knowledge in the industry or none what so ever, this course covers everything you need to know about testing and repairing appliances (theory and practical). Lee Robinson was our trainer, and he is extremely knowledgeable across all multi brand appliances but also very good at translating the information in a fashion that we all understood.. thank you NAC!

Its one thing to have a well organised course, its another to have a teacher who delivers the course so brilliantly like lee. My advice to NAC is to get Lee the teacher to teach so many people to teach like him, and spread them across the country. The course is amazing and teachers like lee is needed across the world

My experience training with NAC has been nothing but amazing. I started off with minimal knowledge about appliances and have come out much more confident due to Lee’s brilliant teaching. Every question was answered thoroughly, he showed his experience and knowledge fantastically and overall made the training as good as it was. He really focusses on getting his information across while keeping it fun and interesting!

There was great mix of theory and practical learning, along with plenty of guidance and help along the way. I would definitely recommend NAC to anyone looking to get into this field or trying to improve their knowledge on a range of appliances!
