The waiting around is a nightmare when you have severe back problems. I couldnt get access tickets or use my access pass to by pass the queue which I was able to do last year. I have tried again for accessible tickets as I was in row s with crutches. I thought access tickets were for wheelchairs only, but will try. Otherwise....it was a lovely evening out.

The team were quick and efficient with ticket process also very safe knowing they new whom was in building the only thing we thought in the circle seating you cannot see judges or whats happening around them so our suggestion maybe having screens up top so can see to help with audience participation
Me and My daughter had best time great fun hopefully get to see the show again soon 😊

Having been fortunate enough to attend before, the initial queue in the morning seemed quicker with the tickets being issued out earlier than previous visit, which helps to see more of London in between the queue and the show. When returning for the actual show the organisers were really quick and efficient at getting people into the theatre. Not sure how much influence you have on the actual show but from our seats we never actually seen 3 of the judges, only Simon who went on the stage, so I think for the audience it would be beneficial if the judges always come out on the stage and then sit down at their seats, so at least we’d get to see them at some point. This could be before the show even starts so it doesn’t affect the filming.

Daniel in customer service was very good, very helpful when accessibility had glitches, corrected the initial errors, and then arranged for me to get accessibility for a different date as my original one was sold out for access that day. Only downfall was the end of the evening, toilets had no toilet roll left in any of them, when i told a member of staff they said they would radio the cleaner to sort it. We waited for ages, that cleaner never came, when i went back out i was told they were too busy to come to the toilets. Why not come in and tell me that once they radioed for them, instead of leaving me inside the toilets waiting for staff to attend. I had a SEN child with me too, and a very dizzy, light-headed teen

Truthfully it was amazing to experience the live show - one we won’t forget. I had small kids (9 and 11 year olds) with me and a lady on the door when they were asking about the judges said we will get you up front. She might have been talking about the queue outside as we had priority tickets but they interpreted it as they would be up close and were disappointed to be so high up as they couldn’t see the judges at all. They did love it though and I have some wonderful photos and memories. Westlife thrown in was a treat for me (46 year old mum)! We have applied again and I hope we might get closer next time but I guess he is luck of the draw! Thank you for an amazing experience.

The day was brilliant, information and was and easy to understand, all staff were fab! Thank you for a great day out!

Was lucky enough to get tickets last yr so this wasn’t our first rodeo so knew what to expect… however. The whole experience felt better. In my opinion, this was because there was an Email clearly explaining what was required & making you fill out who was attending, this saved a lot of time when queueing for the tickets.
Took my 12 yr daughter & two of her friends & they’d absolutely loved the evening show. They were so impressed with the acts & advert “karaoke” they were full of superlatives all over friends & family WhatsApp groups. Staff were at every point of the day were friendly & happy to help! Great day all round, three very exhausted, happy girls!

Even though we queued for couple of hours wrist bands and tickets were given out about 11 am so wasn't too long standing in queue as on previous occasions. All Applause staff are really lovely

We loved being part of the Audience for the love semi final show on Saturday 9th May it was a shame we couldn't see the judges from our seats as they are a huge part of the show but we enjoyed the acts and being part of the audience

Being made to stand completely still for 1 1/2 hours whilst waiting for ‘priority’ ticket holders to arrive was like torture! They should have a smaller window to arrive since they have guaranteed seats. However the staff around helped to keep the mood jolly. Will think twice before using a general ticket again.

For a free event, the all round experience was pretty good. Yes the queuing time could been less and the seats could have been better. But was still great fun and a good atmosphere. Will definitely try to get tickets again. Thank you Applausestore.

Had a great time, the only thing that would of made it better would of been if our seats were in the stalls
