If i could have given a 0 star review i would have, as soon as i had placed m order the poor service started, to say over promised and under delivered is being generous, sadly the people who looked after my complaint and issue backed their salesman even though i had texts and emails contradicting the order.

Very poorly organised
Very poorly organised, used generic consumables in many machines at the dismay of many to save costs. Couldnt supply consumables on time on many occasions. Often treated with contempt by their technicians, one was very rude and misogynistic to female staff members After many years we had to leave the company.

I find Apogee very helpful and efficient to all issues that occur during work. Norman John especially is always going above and beyond to make sure we are well looked after.

Our printer was broken all week and when I got in touch with Apogee, we were added to a technicians wait list and Jason G. was great he fixed it remotely and was all sorted within 5 minutes of him starting, thank you :)

I very rarely leave reviews but Andy…
I very rarely leave reviews but Andy Hinchliff is a great account manager! We have struggled with a lot of issues recently like our high additional bills, unclear prints usage reports ,scans quality ,etc. However Andy has sorted everything ! On top of that he is just a really kind, funny and optimistic person!

We had an issue connecting to our office printer and from the moment I raised the ticket Ben Perkins from Apogee Corporation Ltd was in touch and communication was 10/10 from start to finish. Ben contacted me this morning via phonecall as pre - arranged and helped resolve the issue very smoothly, he also shared some helpful info with me that I can now share with my team in terms of accessing our online profiles where we can view our transaction history/ change pins etc.
