We have been with them for 5+ years and they have kept chasing us for further renewals and then drag you into a renewal lease with "small letters about their fees"
Upon a renewal we asked not to continue becasue we found cheaper options availible but then they charged us a wopping exit fee over £500, return of machine fee almost £300 and so further...

When we asked for a gestured discount after being so many years loyal costumers the answer was NO!

We moved offices back in June this year and were unable to install the printer in the new offices. The team at Apogee have been amazing, Nicky Black and Kenneth Carle have visited the site numerous times over the last few months and going back and forth with the IT people in the new offices to resolve the issues. Today, 19th November 2025 they attended again and also had a video call with their IT Nick Billingham who between them all have at last resolved our ongoing issue and we are finally able to print to our own machine instead of the shared one in the building at very high rates. Service has been amazing, what a helpful team of people who have been working for months to get the issues resolved! Much appreciated

Paul and the team did a terrific job throughout the process. They were always on hand to help us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We particularly appreciated the on-site time Paul gave us to get our new machines up and running. Again, it's great to have you guys behind us ongoing if we need support.

We'd certainly have no hesitation in recommending the business to anyone considering taking on their services.

1 Star is being generous. Terrible company to deal with. I have been waiting to have an ink cartridge delivered for 3 days now and still waiting. I have phoned our designated business manager who doesn't answer her phone or return calls. Would certainly NOT recommend this company.

Apogee has been the preferred supplier for our print press supply and warranty management for some years. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else because the quality of supply and level of service is nothing short of excellent. Whenever there's a need for preventative maintenance or an ad-hoc call-out, the Apogee engineer is always present in short order to sort out the issue. Communication again is first class, so we'll always know the timings, which helps us greatly in our day-to-day planning. To anyone in the print industry needing supply and support for their equipment, I wholeheartedly recommend Apogee!

I bought a wrong plugin bundle (my personal fault). I reached out to the company where I bought it but they didn't help me out that well. I reached out to Apogee as well and shared all my information. Since the company where I bought it didn't really provide a solution Apogee helped me out and gave me access to another bundle.

Paul Cooper negotiated us a good deal on a new printer. We are very pleased with the new MFP - it's incredibly quick when scanning and the colour when printing is much improved from our previous printer. Paul is always really cheerful and lifts the atmosphere in the office when he visits.
