Finally found what I wanted to get organised and great customer service from Denise when I had an issue.
So nice for a company to find my order info and address etc. without ever asking me, really refreshing and much appreciated!

Decent price for 4 CD boxes from the Really Useful Storage brand.

Arrived in great time - a day shorter than their shortest estimate.

Check the web address, there are a lot of companies called some variant of "Store", and some of the reviews below are obviously confused about this. This listing is for aplaceforeverything.co.uk.

I ordered a large Lego storage head from this website. The price was good; the order process simple; and when this was delivered it was very efficient and quick. My son loves it and I will certainly order again to add to his collection!

Our order arrived in a box that was nearly totally disintegrated due to it being soaking wet. It was raining very heavily, but the box must have been outside open to the elements for a long period of time. This was the fault of Yodel, the carrier. When we opened "the mush" we found 1 item to be missing. We contacted the seller who asked us to send an email & photos to them, which we did. Despite spending time taking photos & sending emails, we received an email back saying they would be sending the missing item to us. No offer of any recompense whatsoever.

There was an issue with my order, something that could have happened quite easily.
I brought it to their attention, and it was sorted very promptly, with now fuss, and made it easy for me.
I always think its when something goes wrong that a company can show how they really are, due to the way they handelled this, I would have no problem recommeding them to anyone, and will use them in the future.

PLACED ORDER, 12-20-2020. As of this date 1-04-2021, NO ITEM RECEIVED. Although Web site indicates my order was shipped. Payment made and collected by this Company. This is a POSSIBLE SCAM ???

E pedido como un parque pero con piezas del Mickey concretamente 20 piezas hace 2 meses y nada que lo recibo, me sale el el envio que esta entregado y no e recibido nada y e pagado 25e y no se como ponerme en contacto para la devolución del dinero. Mala experiencia

I ordered a child fence back in September and never received it, not sure how to get in contact with the company???

I ordered a hair straightener and it is such poor quality that it is unbelievable. It takes hours to straighten and the hair goes back to original in 3 -4 hours. I do not have curly hair, in fact they are pretty straight. Also it left my hair feeling very frizzy.

I have asked them to refund, but they said I will have to bear the cost of return postage to China!!!!!

Absolutely disappointing.

My previous experience with the company was good, this time - the order was messed up, refund delayed and it required many email exchanges to sort it out. While we got there eventually, I would suggest that maybe better communication with a customer might help to avoid this kind of issues in the future.

Very happy with the products I ordered. Good quality. One was damaged on arrival and a replacement was sent quickly and efficiently.
Nice to be able to find UK made goods for a change.

They sent me completely the wrong product, when i emailed them they told me the product I had actually ordered was out of stock and asked me if i wanted to keep the incorrect item at a discounted price of 30% off ? (It was nowhere near an equivalent to what I had actually ordered!) After asking for a refund as i didn't want the item they arranged a collection. Its coming up to 10 days since the collection and ive still had no refund! Waste of time !!

Excellent value for money and superb customer service . Ordered goods and received two days later very well packaged. Well done a place for everything a very satisfied customer. Easy ordering too

Great products and service. My order arrived quickly and I'm really pleased with the quality of the products I received. Customer service was excellent - really friendly, helpful and efficient.

I bought two lovely sea grass baskets for my living room this week. They were an absolute bargain - the cheapest I found anywhere online - and they arrived within a couple of days, even despite the Covid situation. Overall really very happy with the products and service I received.

I am sorry to give this company such a negative rating but I've been really disappointed in their returns policy. I bought a grey laundry basket that arrived with a defect that makes it difficult to use. There is a manufacturing error and it lacks a press stud so doesn't sit properly. The whole point is it is meant to be portable so it's a dud, basically. I was then ill for quite some time. So when I contacted them outside the 2 weeks return period I was told very sorry etc. but you had two weeks to return. I felt this was pretty rubbish and generally companies are more flexible when there is an actual manufacturing error. In fact it is a breach of consumer rights.
So the bad mark is for several reasons:
- poor product manufacturing
- inflexible returns policy that is in breach of Consumer rights. It should be full refund within 30 days and replacement/repair within 6 months for faults. (According to Which you still have consumer rights protection after 30 days. If you don't reject the goods within the first 30 days, and find a fault within the first six months of possessing your faulty goods, you'll need to give the retailer a chance to make a repair or replacement. If that's unsuccessful, you can then ask for a refund.)
- Poor customer relations.
I was going to order a lot more stuff from them so they have lost a lot of business from just one customer. Given the difficulties we all face now with Covid-19( and I am sympathetic to businesses struggling) I would not advise buying from a company that sells shoddy goods,flouts Consumer rights and doesn't seem to care.

Inadequate descriptions of shelving. When I queried they suggested I get out a hack saw. Ridiculous!

Ordered a shelving unit on 5th July, now the 19th August and still not received. Email received today following query of the delay and customer service team couldn't even stretch to a simple apology for the delay.
Frustrating service - star rating for service only. Product still not received.

Furniture received - build quality as poor as service. Multiple broken pieces of wood. Nice aesthetic though.

Amazing items and a fantastic top quality customer service team. Highly recommend this shop. The lego storage blocks are perfect and we love all the colours you can get.

Good products, extensive but not exhausting selection, very quick replacement when something arrived damaged.
