When you initially expressed a desire to return your item, you mentioned that the cover up was not satisfactory. As we had never received such feedback about our best-selling cover-up, we kindly asked for more details about what specifically didn’t meet your expectations and offered to exchange it for new one at no additional cost. Unfortunately, you declined this option.
The cover-up in question is crafted with 5 meters of high-quality Italian chiffon fabric, certified and carefully selected for its exceptional properties. Naturally, due to transport, the garment may arrive wrinkled of course , but as we noted to you, a quick steaming allows the chiffon to drape beautifully, showcasing the luxurious quality of the fabric.
Subsequently, you requested an exchange, and we promptly provided instructions to facilitate this process. However, we have yet to receive your return or a follow-up reply from you.

Each piece is made with premium materials, and produced in a studio known for its quality stitching and intricate detailing.
