Booked a return transfer from the airport to our hotel. The cars were excellent and having a TV and snacks on board made the journey very easy. The driver was prompt and helpful so the whole experience was excellent.

Alles perfekt. Pünktlich bei beiden Fahrten. Bei Abholung am Flughafen mit Schild,auf dem der Personennamen stand. Selbst eine Änderung der Abholzeit vom Hotel um 15 Minuten wurde bestätigt und eingehalten.

We had a very positive experiences with the airport transfer service. That’s why we booked a transfer from our hotel to the airport too.
Communication is excellent via whatsapp, very friendly customer service and nice drivers.
I will definitely book transfer services again if I ever back to Antalya.

We will never work with this transfer again, They are not buying us pick up from our hotel in side. Last minute, this cost us an extra 100 euros to go to the airport by taxi. And we literally hit last second on our plane! This fIrm cannot be trusted

Man erhält keine Rechnung. Und plötzlich sollen Beträge netto, anstatt inkl MwSt. Alles sehr dubios. Und bei Nachfrage, wird der Auftrag einfach storniert. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Your service was awesome! I booked at the last minute before my flight took off in the UK because the travel agent refused to book transfer less than 48 hours even though they accepted holiday booking less than 48 hours. My flight was then delayed and diverted to refuel. You were reassuring me and kept in touch via Whatsapp, so we were able to communicate whilst the aircraft re-fuelled. You said you were following the story of the closed runway online as none of the scheduled flights were able to land. Your driver was there waiting for me after 1.30am when my plane should have landed at 6pm the day before.
Love Holidays should be ashamed that someone else did the job they were paid to do. They just took the money and ran. Antalya transfer Club, I can't thank you enough. Bless you xx

Отмечу, что ранее у нас не было сложностей в работе с данной компанией, но не в этот раз. Заранее согласовали трансфер, на желаемую дату и получили подтверждение. За сутки до вылета согласовали детали, здесь все шло в штатном режиме. Но в день трансфера и вылета, начались сложности. В назначенное время, а именно когда должен был быть организован трансфер в 8-30, отмечу не заранее, мне позвонили и сообщили о задержке рейса и в связи с этим трансфер перенесли. Я проверила данные на сайте аэропорта Анталии, созвонилась с авиакомпанией, мне не подтвердили корректировки в расписании, все было по плану. На мои комментарии, где и как они проверяли время вылета и почему не согласовали заранее, мне ничего не ответили. Обещали, что трансфер прибудет через 20 минут, водитель где то завтракает, потом еще +10 минут, финал истории, нам отменили машину... сказав что или еще +20 минут или закажите такси сами. В оправдании, нам предложили заказать такси, но когда я попробовала дозвониться по телефону +90 530 388 93 04, мне перестали отвечать. На рейс успели, он был по расписанию, отель на помог найти такси. Я пыталась несколько раз дозвониться до компании и обсудить данный момент, так как стараюсь дипломатично решать все вопросы и не планировала отказываться от дальнейшего сотрудничество. Я понимаю, что могут быть форс мажоры, но нежелание обсудить сложившуюся ситуацию мня расстраивает, надо быть открытыми к любому диалогу и ситуации, а не игнорировать ее. Я написала в сообщении им, что поделюсь своим опытом, далее, пусть каждый делает свои выводы.

We arrived in Antalya late, ~11pm with two children. We had spent the day travelling, we were desperate to get to our hotel which we knew was another long drive, the driver decided to take a pit stop at a local market store where he came and opened our car door and encouraged us to get out, this was around midnight, the guy on the stall who our driver went over to speak with started ringing a bell on his stall for us to pay him a visit. The same happened to my sister. I understand this is how they make extra money but it’s not on when it’s pitch black and you are in unfamiliar surroundings with children. I wouldn’t use again for this reason. Other than that the driver was there waiting for us on time. After we decided to close the car door at the market stall he got the picture.

ЖУЛИКИ, господа. Лучше не связывайтесь.

Заказал у них за неделю до даты выезда трансфер из Каппадокии в Анталию с помощью их сайта. Бронирование подтвердили по почте вместе с ценой 278$, бронь 301591. В подтверждении указано, что оплата наличными курьеру.

Меньше чем за сутки до выезда внезапно пишут в WhatsApp - мол, не можем выполнить ваш заказ по этой цене, он теперь будет стоит на 100$ дороже и 50% от суммы нужно перевести авансом. Иначе не приедут. Попытался объяснить, что так дела не делаются - предложили скидку, мол раз так, пусть будет всего 310$. Но предоплата 50% по любому.

В общем, пришлось срочно искать местный трансфер, в результате доехали вдвоем на новеньком местном Mercedes Vito за 300$ и без приключений.

Не хотите подобных сюрпризов - не бронируйте ничего у них. Ребята вообще не отвечают за базар.

excellent service en regristration of evrything

Excellent service. Booked online with pay onsite. Driver was waiting for me with my name. He was very friendly and helpful with our bags. Minivan was very clean, air conditioned and he gave us water which was very nice in the heat. Prices were excellent. Pick up was on point for both legs. Make sure to call and confirm with them about the pickup as I did.

Well after 3 moths ATC eventually out of the blue refunded my money.
Whether this was because my CC company got involved I'm not sure.
Anyway.... end of the matter now.

Further to my last review I have now got a reply from ATC booking agent claiming they have gone bankrupt.
Do not book or send them money.

This company is fantastic. Having arrived late on the outbound flight, no problems other than a little waiting time at the airport.
Going home we misread the docs, and should leave one day earlier than scheduled. Contacted the company on sms and got pretty much immideate confirmation confirming the change. The fact that we got VIP bus on the return, did most definately not make the experience any worse.
Furthermore we saved approx. 100 EURO compared to travel agency transfer.
HIGLY RECOMMENDED.

Der Transfer war super, der Fahrer stand schon am Flughafen als wir raus kamen. Auch der Rücktransfer lief reibungslos ab. Es gibt zwar auch günstigere Anbieter aber dafür bezahle ich gerne ein paar Euro mehr.
