When I read the mediocre reviews of AnimeNPC, I was kind of sceptical but ordered anyway, using PayPal. My scepticism was not warranted, however. I ordered a high priced and rare anime figure and got what I ordered and all in due time. The website looks unprofessional, as does the e-mail address (gmail). Also they failed to answer my mails after I had placed and paid for my order. They did, however, answer my enquiry mail which I had sent them beforde ordering to check if my beloved Frieren was really in stock. It also took them a few days to get Frieren on her journey (pun intended😁)

Long story short: The shop does look a little unprofessional and their communication could be better. But I got what I ordered, in due time and for a rather good price. I will not hesitate to place another order with them if the opportunity arises.

PS: I ordered from and had it shipped to Germany.

Ghosted me for over a month with no response with problems with my order.

I was a bit wary at first, read people complaining about the store, and others commenting they had a good experience. I even checked if the emails matched since it was a gmail account (doesn't look very professional)

The website looks outdated, and I hear that their inventory may not be properly updated either, so you may want to get in contact just in case to ask if they have what you want.

I found a figure I wanted with them at a good price (better than any other place, and they were 2nd hand to boot). Contacted them, confirmed the availability and bought it. It was sent in the 3rd day and everything worked well, the figure was also sealed, so it was not only cheaper than the 2nd hand ones, it was not 2nd hand to boot.

Their selection is not the greatest, but if you find something you like, follow the hint above and it should be good to go.

This is my first review here on Trustpilot but please bear with me.

I was super skeptical of the website and searched the internet for days to find reviews.
In the end i only found some reddit posts, a few forum entries with mixed reviews and this here.

So the feelings from me were mixed.

But given the fact that i did not find the 2 Figures i wanted (Rimuru-Estream Shibuya Scramble) and (Rem in her Crystal Dress Ver. from Estream Shibuya Scramble) on any other site without either double the price or not knowing if i get the legit figure i pushed my luck and contacted the customer support, asked if both of them are in stock and not even 24h later they replied, told me both are in stock, and i ordered them.

I payed 802€ with ems shipping to germany for both of them and 67€ in Tax afterwards.

After buying it took like 2 business days until i got an email that said its now being ready for shipping and exactly 1 week after i placed the order, i got my package from DHL.

The Customer Support was super friendly as i had several questions and always responded within maximum of 24 hours and i would and will gladly order from their site in the future again.

I posted in German Figure-Collecting Groups about my purchase, posted pictures, told them about animenpc and im just so happy with these figures.

100% legit site and will 100% ordere there again!

Ordered a used figure from them. After a month of processing and several messages to them I got nothing back. Luckily, I payed through PayPal and was able to get my money back. Do not order from them. They claim to have rare figures in stock when they don't.

All figure collectors should definitely stay away from Animenpc! their customer service is beyond horrendous. I had purchased from them even after reading their negative reviews because i believed “hey people only leave reviews for bad experiences” but man was i wrong; i totally wanted to trust this website because they had a rare figure i wanted in stock at a reasonable price however please don’t make the same mistake and be tempted as i was! my order sat with no updates for weeks and after many emails to them (about 9)they only responded to one of them approximately 3 weeks after saying “hey sorry about the delays but we’re working on it” and then total radio silence. Thankfully i payed through paypal and was able to file a dispute to get my money back but even then they didn’t reply at all to paypal contacting them directly.
- If after reading this you still want to go ahead and place an order, id advise you please use paypal so that your even a little protected instead of straight up putting your information in… all in all it’s not worth the headache and you’ll definitely be left disappointed.

Same story as many other reviewers. Purchased a ($230!) figure that was in stock, but really they didn’t have it at all. Didn’t answer to any of my emails or even WhatsApp message, and as of right now (Dec. 2021), they last updated their covid shipping availability in Sept. 2020. Yikes. It’s not at all accurate anymore, for example Japan Post, which they use as their only option, has had all forms of shipping shut down for Canada since May 2021. Their site is barely mobile compatible and overall it appears nobody cares. I could go on. Wish I had read some recent reviews before purchasing. Basically, just stay away from this company. Thank god I had PayPal cover me, but what a waste of my time and energy it was to even buy from AnimeNPC in the first place. They especially advertise rare figures at fair prices but it’s all a deception and some weird scammer type of business, or at least it became one.

I ordered from them early 2021, and the figure I wanted was slated to release within a week of my order- so I assumed I wouldn’t see it for at least 2 to 3 months to allow national shipping and item procurement by them. No…. I didn’t see my figure purchase until the tail end of the 2021 year. And the WORST PART is that I emailed them multiple times to get updates on my order and I got ZERO answers or replies. They never made me a guest account to hook up with my order like they claim they would if you email them, BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSER THEIR FLIPPING EMAILS! Now, here I am, a WEEK after I received my order and they FINALLY gave me a shipping update notification….. well after I have received my item.

Now I CANNOT knock the item- the figures are LEGIT and come very well packaged, but the customer service is absolute GARBAGE. 4 emails and not a SINGLE peep from them until after I received my item- but I’m lucky at least, other people who recommended them never got responses at all.

I Don’t think I could in good faith recommend them after my FIRST order being so difficult to manage. Might as well go to crunchyroll instead or tokyo otaku if you want nice legit figures, with better customer service or tracking.

I ordered a figure from them in 2018 (received early 2019) and had no problems...but they've gone way downhill since then. They'll always have brand new or rare figures listed as 'in stock', likely to draw people in and show up easily in a search, when in reality they either don't have these items at all or if they do they won't be shipping them out. And no matter how you try to contact them you won't get a reply. Only good thing is their payments still go through Paypal and they don't seem to fight disputes so it's easy to get your cash back but still...they are super shady.

Impossible to get ahold of. Been trying over three months to find out status of an order I should have had back in February.
No one will contact me back.

I purchased two figures, one which was in stock and one was a pre-order. I paid for them both immediately using PayPal. They email me about a mistake they made a few days later, where they did not charge me shipping for the pre-order item. They said if I didn't agree with their fee for shipping, that I could cancel. I tell them that thank you for letting me know and to cancel since the shipping fee was very high and the shipping was slow. Days later and still no response and my figure which was in stock has not shipped. I try to contact them through their website, and it won't let me send them an email. Keeps saying an error occurred and to try again later. Well, no matter how later you try, it won't let you email them. Seems like they're trying to stall for time. If by the end of the week I don't receive a response, I'm calling PayPal and doing a charge back.

We are waiting since 2018 an item. They don't answer to emails, they promised us a full remboursement and we are still waiting for It (this morning after several months of silence, they also told us that they don't have money for doing the reimborsement!!). Definitely the worse site/company ever. I suggest you to not spend your money buying from them.

Called / emailed about 100 times send messages on all their social networks and all their contact emails / forms.

I had 1 answer last year asking me if I wanted a full refund , because they could not provide my order because they needed even more money for transport, I said yes, Refund me , since then no news ... Lost 500 Euros ...

As much as this is a legitimate website, which I researched before buying from them, I have tried to contact them several times over the past couple of weeks, through both the website and by the email and all attempts to contact them have been completely ignored. I searched up reviews again and I'm not the only person being ignored.

I also made the mistake of putting a 10% payment down on a preorder which, if I have to cancel because they won't answer my question, I can't get refunded.

Just please order from somewhere else, there are plenty of stores that sell models that actually answer your enquiries.
