❌ BEWARE! This company is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs! ❌

If you value your money, your comfort, and your peace of mind, do not go near this company. They are taking advantage of people, and it’s shameful.

We purchased a brand-new A/C system from them and agreed to add on a $500 UV light they claimed was necessary. Within just one week, the unit completely failed during 95° weather. Instead of treating the situation with urgency, they made us wait another week before sending someone out.

When the representative finally arrived, she told us:
Our coils were “dirty” (on a brand new install!)
The $500 UV light they sold us wasn’t the right one.

To “fix” it, we’d need to hand over nearly $3,800 more for a coil cleaning package that came with the “correct” UV light.

This is pure exploitation. They knowingly sold us equipment that was wrong, failed to mention any coil issue during installation, and then tried to upsell us thousands more to correct their own mistakes.

We asked to hear from the owner or general manager. Weeks later, we still haven’t received a single call or follow-up. That silence says it all.

This company does not care about its customers. They care only about profit, even if it means leaving families in dangerous heat and selling services under false pretenses.

⚠️ There are many reputable, honest A/C companies in the Sarasota/Bradenton area—this is NOT one of them. Save yourself the frustration and the financial hit. Stay away.

had a brand new unit installed in May…

had a brand new unit installed in May 2025, shortly after it stopped working, was without air for 5 days or more, first no one could come out then when they did they tried and thought they fixed it but said if it happened again there was a part that had to be replaced, a valve.
One month goes by and the unit stops working again, same problem the air handler is freezing up, called again had to wait for someone to be able to come out, i mentioned what previous tech said about the valve and they said yes they knew bring a new one. Tech came defrosted the unit and replaced the valve, and refilled the tank with freon but we just discovered the wrong type of freon was used, as the unit has frozen again about 30 days after last repair. Tech came out but could not do anything until unit had defrosted, that was yesterday 9-9-25, so i was told a tech would come out today 9-10-25 first call of the morning, that was not the case i became the second call between 9-10am, no one shows up i call and i'm switched to between 10-12, its now 12:15, called again, tech is running late now between 2-4, in the meantime i had to cancel two doctors appts that i had already rescheduled due to a/c problem.
Hopefully the tech will show up but again i don't think it's a quick fix, as previous tech said there is a leak somewhere and it has to be found, then freon has to be replaced with the correct type. I only had yesterday and today to solve this continuing problem but i doubt it will be resolved today.
This company is great at talking, but not at solving, also there guarantee that they will pay for a hotel if no a/c within 24hours never materializes as they come to you but can't fix problem, but since they came that takes care of guarantee.
this is the 3rd time the unit has stopped again i bought the unit in MAY 2025

Avoid their maintenance services

Avoid their maintenance services; if you choose to use them, your AC is likely to malfunction. Thus, it's best to steer clear of their service. Just an update on this situation: the technician reached out to inform me that he is aware of my issue; he neglected to perform some necessary maintenance on my AC and is coming over to resolve it today. I asked him to call me when he arrives at my house. When he got to my place, he neither called me nor knocked on my door; he simply waited outside for a few minutes before leaving. Later, the service representatives contacted me to inform me that my wife was home but did not go out to meet with the technician, so he left. They then had to arrange for another technician to come. I explained that the technician never called as I requested, but the service representatives insisted that my wife failed to come out to meet him, preventing him from completing the job. Consequently, my family has to endure the heat for several more days until the technician can return. The lowest rating I can give is one star; otherwise, I would have preferred to give it zero.

Aftermarket part or no service!

they came assessed and I paid in full. they were to return when a part came in. didn't hear back for almost a week, had to call multiple times and was always put off. they made appointments and never showed up x4. when I wouldn't accept an aftermarket part ( I paid for an original) it became clear I wasn't going to get service. after a more than a week without air I demanded my money back. they made it clear they were unhappy.

4 months ago they came out and checked…

6 months ago they came out and checked my a/c. They said a/c was ok. They talked me into paying $188 instead of the $50 for the checkup. This would sign me up for 'team' services which included another checkup. Tech said he would send me details in my email. Never got it!! And now I try to contact 'anyone' AND and no one ever calls me back. This place is 'crooks' and stay away.! I fell for it and you should not.
They pay no attention to these reviews and should be put out of business for not serving or replying to customers.

We had no power but now we do

We had no power but now we do. When we phoned the person that answered really knew what she was doing and set up an appointment with Andrei. He phoned and gave an estimated arrival and kept us informed as he got closer. We showed him what was going on and he inspected the wiring and the FPL connection. He showed us what was going on and then he called FPL for us. He knew his stuff and we are happy and COOL now. Thank you Andrei!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I had AND SERVICES out a year ago as Air con not working; came out in eve and told me I needed a new air con system and HVAC costing $15K; my old system as only 4 years old. I was desperate as cannot sleep when hot so went ahead with it. (wish I had looked a reviews as they have done this a lot). I also found I should have got a rebate from manufacture that they have to give; took me 3 months to get this.
Aircon Broke down 2 months later, it was repaired; then services 4 months later. 2 months later went wrong again; tried to get them out in evening as on web site says 24 hour service; informed that there were no spots available and no emergency spots; They said as it was Service Warranty and implied it does not have 24 hour cover; I guess only new customers so can suggest a new system!!.
Not happy as not my service warrant runs out next month and have an air con system that keeps going wrong. I will be going else where for service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I set an appointment for a maintenance…

I set an appointment for a maintenance clean on my unit. The guy that showed up was over an hour late and was determined to sell me a new unit before he even opened it up. He proceeded to give me a price of $14,500 for a 3 1/2 ton unit. I guess he thought he was going to take advantage of an old lady….little did he know I was a licensed GC. He proceed to get nasty and let the air handler open after being asked to close it. I told him to get off my property due to his nasty and threatening behavior. This company is doing nothing more than scamming people and overcharging them.

AND Services

I rated AND Services five stars a year ago. Since I have lived in Florida, I have used their services for my air conditioning needs. My regular technician was not present during my most recent encounter. I was immediately told the coil was bad with absolutely no diagnostic tests run on my old unit to determine all possible issues. The next advice was to buy one of their new systems with a fifteen year warranty which could be installed the very next day rather than waiting a week for a part that might not totally fix my problem. I should know better at my age, but I did not attempt to call another company to verify the technician's evaluation. Instead I bought the new system over a month ago. Since that time, I have received the worse possible service for a new unit that still DOES NOT work a month later. I now understand they service customers differently. If your existing air conditioner needs work, they are there within hours to possibly solve your problem or more likely try to sell you their new system (buyer beware). Once you make the purchase of their new air conditioner, they have a different servicing department for their warranty work. Work on their new system may not be serviced within hours or even the same day. Because of my troubles, they promised to refund 10%. I still have no refund after one month, and I DO NOT have an air conditioner that works properly after one month. My home will not cool below 79 degrees now so it has been running continually during the days for over a month. I will reevaluate if these issues are resolved properly.

Update: It is now six weeks into this fiasco, and I still have not received my promised refund or replacement air conditioner. I tried to contact the owner like the reply offered, but I am directed to the same supervisors unable to provide closure. Today I left two messages for two different supervisors but no response. Rheem (Air Conditioner Manufacturer) sent the supervisor to my home on August 24 to complete a page of tests on their unit. When a replacement was requested, Rheem requested two more pages of tests on August 28. I am still waiting for assistance to get a functioning air conditioner. The owner's reply has not lived up to expectations, but I am not surprised. Avoid using this company. I will still consider revising my assessment if AND Services makes this right as the owner promised. Thankfully, I am not holding my breath.

Next: It is officially over two months, and I still do not have any resolution to my issues. How can any company provide service like this and survive? I hope I can at least ensure future customers steer away from AND Services. They should really consider changing their trademark name to "AND ?." That said, any questions you may have after delivery of your new air conditioner will NOT be answered or resolved.
