It’s the shady explanation for me.

I am in complete agreement about the rise in prices. It isn’t just that the price was raised. It was the shady explanation. It is as if we the consumer would not catch what you were doing. I have used the Liposomal for years. I know that it prevented me from catching every bug that others caught while working at an elementary school. Unfortunately, I will have to cut my order in half or even cancel it. Very disappointed.

Amy Meyers MD feels like a scam

Amy Meyers MD feels like a scam. I purchased the Candida cleanse package, which is pretty pricey. It is supposed to come with what they call "support" as well. I figured since I read her book on Hashimoto's Disease, she was in the business of helping people.

I started the protocol, and a day and a half later, I was vomiting uncontrollably. I reached out to the email they indicate on the website, and replied to an email that said "we're here to help, just reply to this email". I got two bounce backs from the reply to their email, and I never received a response from their store email, which is the only other method available. I tried several times to get some help and information about what is normal, and what to do short of going to the hospital. I'm not sure what's in her products, but anything that makes you this sick should come with an instruction manual, a warning, and actual support. Customer service doesn't exist, and this package of products costs over $400, so I'm thinking it's a scam. Now the products are in the trash, and I'm out $400. At least I was able to figure out how to feel better on my own. I missed work, and it took several days to feel better. It's a week later now, and I still don't feel quite right.

Purchase at your own risk, and expect to be disappointed and ignored by their "customer support". Leaves me with a feeling like I've been poisoned and robbed.

Besides being having a great product line, they actually work. I’ve used many of the products for years now. Some are a little pricey but they’ve worked for me.
The complete enzyme is something I use at every meal

56% increase in cost in over a month Liposomal Vitamin C

PRICE INCREASE OF 62.5%! WHY? First of all, this review is not about the products. I have used Amy Myers products for almost 2 years, and the products have worked well for me. However, I received an email from Amy Myers, ATTENTION update on your Liposomal Vitamin C Supplement Order. "We've made a simple update to your Liposomal Vitamin C subscription to make it even more convenient. ....you'll receive our new 8-oz bottle instead of the 16 -oz size. This new format is easier to store and use. Plus, it's price at $25.97 (down from $31.97) ???? Why MISINFORM your customers. Let's do the math... 16 -ozs (2 bottles) is now $52 vs $32. That's a 62.5% increase....why? You are trying to make it sound like you are lowering the price when you are cutting your product 50% and raising the cost by 62.5%. You are misleading and misguiding people. That's not right! Be clear and transparent! So, disappointing especially when I order all my vitamins, protein powder, collagen and promote the Thyroid Connection Book. I am in shock on the communication and the hike! What is next? It is forcing me to look for other brands that offer similar products that are transparent.

I truly apologize for any inconvenience this change has caused and I completely understand your disappointment.

Earlier this year, we made the decision to adjust the product size and pricing with the intention of making it more accessible to a wider range of customers. Unfortunately, unexpected increases in supply chain costs, particularly due to tariffs, required us to raise the price more than we had initially anticipated. At the time of our decision, the original pricing for the 8 oz bottle would have been more in line with switching to the smaller size. Had we kept the 16 oz size, a price increase would have been unavoidable as well.

Her products are severely over priced…

Her products are severely over priced and many competitors have much lower prices and work just as well or better. You can find the same ingredients in anything sold on her site and save lots of money.

Overall not great

I’ve been with them for at least six to eight months. The products are very good, I have no issue with them, but I canceled my two subscriptions with them for a couple of reasons. 1. It takes too long to get product delivered. With my subscription, I expect my product to show up when I need it, not a week after I run out and then after having to contact them asking where my product is. They respond quickly to my inquiries, but the responses are canned and very snippy. After spending almost $200 per month, I expect better. 2. When one of my subscriptions wasn’t shipped, I had to contact them to find out why. They told me it was on back order. I asked why they didn’t tell me and basically got an answer like “sorry about that”. Then I had to instruct them on how to get my subscriptions back on track so they were even again.
Overall, I don’t care for their customer service and the thousands of emails and texts I get from them. It’s insane. I’m done. I found other sources for my supplements.

I wish when people left low ratings…

I wish when people left low ratings they gave actual reasons. Not liking someone or a company is not a reason- tell us why you’ve come to that conclusion. Take out the emotions and stick to the facts. 😳

Amy Myers’ company is aggressive with the emails- it’s beyond obnoxious. But I have no qualms with the products.
I would wager that some aren’t mad or hate Amy Myers, you hate capitalism.

Some supplements I really can’t say whether they are helping, but that goes for other supplement companies as well. That would require expensive and sequential blood testing to still maybe not know for certain.

And some of their products I know have been really helpful for me. Like when I had SIBO and couldn’t get proper help from my own doctors. They wanted to give me more antibiotics, which is in part how I landed there. 😂
Or l- Glutamine for when my motility slows to a crawl.

I also take a probiotic and the curcumin. Can’t say I feel any different, but I did come off the curcumin and have a PsA flare. But my doctor also made me come off my B vitamins so who knows 🤷‍♀️

As far as a date- I’ve been using these products for roughly 5 years or more. After the elimination diet in her book eliminated some of my chronic pain and symptoms.

Update: To your reply about adjusting my subscription to receive less emails, that’s been done quite a few times on my end. 😳😂 But thanks for the suggestion 🤷‍♀️

I reached out to this company today. Amy Meyers doesn't have a practice and hasn't for over 10 years. She employees sales people who answer the phone with less knowledge than I have in regards to Gut Health, Autoimmune disease. I then inquired if there were medical professionals who I could speak with to determine the best products for my specific issues. No, was the answer.

Products are very good

Products are very good, give at least 4 stars. Website chat & customer service a 2. Poor answers to simple questions, like when something would be in stock vs. the chemical compounds in a product. Recently had to look all over the site for something I bought for years. Chat turned it up for me, out of sight, out of stock. I just ordered it through Amazon prime. Way easier. Used to have auto shipments that always got so messed up if you wanted to make changes

Good quality products, BUT really expensive and prices are increasing.

A product I rely on was recently changed from 60 capsules/bottle to 30 capsules/bottle. They "decreased" the price to reflect the change, but I spend almost $25 more now to get the same number of capsules. When already spending over $100, this is insane. I contacted customer service and they were entirely unhelpful. Super disappointed and I'm searching for a new source.

Amazing products if a bit on the pricy…

Amazing products if a bit on the pricy side. Been using them for years. Depending on who you get though the customer service can be garbage and the website interface is not very reliable. Spoke with a representative about my messed up order and the only recourse was a full refund rather than an exchange which for someone out of country, means you pay an exchange rate differential twice. She was terribly unhelpful and unsympathetic considering it was the web interface causing the mix up. Because they are so busy trying to upsell you it ends up screwing up your order and costing you even more money. A Canadian shipping hub would help.

Gluten Sensitivity…no more an issue

I have been suffering with gluten sensitivity for years. I have been unsuccessful in all of the products that I’ve tried to relieve bloating and pain and gas. That is until I tried the essential enzymes from Dr. Amy Myers’ company. It is so wonderful all I have to do is chew two good tasting tablets, and then I can eat bread, pasta, fried chicken, pastries…anything with flour gluten in it,
I have to admit, I was a little leery, since I tried so many products, and spent so much money, and been so disappointed. But this truly is a game changer. Thank you again, Dr. Myers for restoring the pleasure eating.

I love what Amy is doing

I love what Amy is doing, it's so important. I learned of Amy a couple of years ago. She really addresses the root cause of what could be happening in someone's health challenge, that is not usually addressed in Western medicine. I appreciate that she is Western trained, yet takes a holistic approach and looks to address the underlying issues. Her products are great, too. Really clean, with simple ingredients, tasty and very effective. I use several of them and notice a definite improvement in the areas of my health that these products address. She also has great books. Her Autoimmune Solution book made some things that I was only somewhat aware of very clear and in language that is easy to understand. She has recipes in the Autoimmune Solution, and has a whole separate cookbook, as well. Her recipes are simple and easy to follow and make. I recommend her to anyone I get into a conversation with that sounds like they could use what she does!

Great Product For Inflammation

I absolutely love this company and all she is doing to help people on a all natural course, instead of man made chemical medicine. I have had great results from the Liposomal Curcmin.

You are a snake oil salesperson

You are a snake oil salesperson. This article is complete nonsense, just to sell your supplements. You mention "ionizing radiation". RF signals are not that. You are a danger to people. Just because you have "MD" after your name does not make you an expert on electrical systems.

Extreme misinformation

What a joke! The website is filled with misinformation, unsubstantiated claims, & outright contradictions to actual, peer reviewed research & studies. I understand that we all need to make money, but it’s incredibly irresponsible to do so at the expense of your customers & honest scientific research. I would say they should be ashamed of themselves, but I don’t think shame is something con artists are capable of feeling.
