The best place to buy discounted designer! My boyfriend ordered me some shoes on a monday from Milan to the US, it shipped in 2 days and arrived on sunday home! With the box and everything in perfect state, my new favorite place to shop!

I have bought several items from Amuze since 2020 and never have had a problem expect my husband ordered an item as a surprise and was not received or was stolen. I did not message them right away. I waited a couple of days just in case. They submitted the claim to shipping insurance (hubby paid extra) and reported to UPS. UPS came around and knocked around my neighbors but no luck.

They are not very good in communication but they were working in the back end. About a week later, received refund

Best deals for authentic designer goods. They’re a small business but always address questions and issues in a timely , courteous manner (but I don’t know how bc they’re probably getting messages 24/7!!!). Their product is always in excellent, unused condition and more importantly, they’re authentic. Their IG stories are also great :).

Made a purchase with amuze during covid lockdown. They delivered in time and earlier than expected! Item was in great quality (new).

My complaints are not about the customer service, but their policy about not refunding the money when you return the item. EVERY department store, website or app makes refunds to the original form of payment, but they refuse to do it.
Ive had a credit with them for years and can’t spend it because they never have my size/is not the item im looking for. I just don't understand what the issue with refunding the money is.
