EXCELLENT
I have been going to Amsons for years - other shops have opened nearby trying to compete with Amsons- but honestly this is best Islamic bookshop online and in the shop - the staff are knowledgeable and very polite - and I can get stuff there that I can’t get anywhere else . Brilliant people , brilliant service to the Muslim community - 5 stars

Out of stock order but no refund & no substitute given
Amsons was out of stock of one of the calendars that I ordered. I received my order of the other items I had ordered but not the calendar and they had not substituted it nor had they refunded me. I phoned up for a refund and I was told they would call me back in 30 minutes but they didn’t.

You enclosed a card with my order that says your are sending a gift along with my purchase as good gesture but there was no gift included in the package

Hi, thank you for your constructive feedback, we are really sorry the staff member(s) that were packing the orders then were told to place thank you cards and did not know that it mentioned a free gift, we have made sure since then all customers receive gifts of some kind in all their orders.
