wrong item sent, no response
ordered 120 rounds of 454 casull 1/24/25 on 1/27/25 i got a box with 120 rounds of 45 colt, invoice stated colt 45 sent. email clearly showed 454 casull ordered, email shows 454 casull sent. but not what i got, i called 4 times, never got thru.on hold 15 minutes each time. emailed 4 times once with photos of ammo and invoice, finally got a reply saying they would look into it.nothing happened so i contacted sezzle, sent them same pictures and invoice, they put a hold on payments, ammoseek contacted me a day later saying sorry for mess up, here is a fedex label send them back we will make it right as soon as we get them.plus send us pics and invoice again. i did that, sent them back, they got them last week2\6\25. still have not heard from them, sent two more emails,no reply i am not worried about my money i can get that back thru credit card, i want others to now what your dealing with when you buy from ammoasap.com. i have the pictures and email copies to prove this. i would stay away from them. if they fix it i will update but i still do not recommend anyone buying from them after a long wait finally got full refund. my initial review still stands.
