Pool cover came quick. Haven't put on yet, to hot pool still open.

The service was good and the delivery time good. I have ordered from AmeriMerc several times and never had a problem with their service or products

Ordered 15'x30' pool cover from Amerimerc, came on time, unit OK, no surprises

The emails they sent me were directed to my spam file which scared me for a minute. Thought the website was a fraud but after speaking with the customer service person on the phone i felt a lot better. They picked up on the 1st or 2nd ring and were very helpful. Glad this worked out and the product was exactly what i ordered. Would 100% order from them again.

I found this pool cover on line and then researched to see if it was a safe company. It was. Ordered and received within a week. Put the cover on this past weekend and it seemed like a good quality cover. I do wish someone had stated to open the package right away. The warranty card was stated to return within ten days of purchase. Well by the time I ordered, shipped and then opened it when we closed the pool. 3 weeks late. I sent the warranty card off and hope they accept it.

I had to call twice but they were very busy and explained well and took care of it. I am a first time buyer. Will purchase again. Very knowledgable.

I have ordered several times from AmeriMerc and have always been very happy with the service. I receive my orders very quickly and have even had them call me to make sure everything went well. Highly recommend them.

For my second purchase I ordered a solar cover through the website. In the special instructions I put do not process if on back-order. The order confirmation came through. I waited. I waited. I called. I waited. No one had the decency to call or email me that the cover wasn't coming. They are the worst. I ordered the cover from Leisure Living and even though I choose (3) day shipping I got my cover the next day. Don't waste your time with AmeriMerc.

Last week I made the mistake again by ordering a blower motor through Aqua Pool Warehouse. Apparently AmeriMerc hides behind the company names like a shady pool contractor. This company turns out to be AmeriMerc again. If I had known I would have never placed the order. For the third time in a month I waited for a product only to find out it went into back order. This place should be out of business
. If you buy from an on-line pool company and receive a notice stating the charge is through Amerimerc. Push cancel and go somewhere. 3 for 3 bad purchases. How bad can you get?

I bought a pool ladder from Amerimerc and have to say I was impressed with the speed my order was delivered. I called to make sure they could deliver right before placing my order and they answered quickly. took very little time getting me an answer and gave me an expected delivery window all in less than three minutes. I was so happy, they will be tops on my list when I replace my current pool next summer.

The pump came in a timely manor and was easy to install. After installation and filling tub works WONDERFULLY

I order a cedar vent cover for a sauna door. It arrived immediately, was packaged securely and was in perfect condition.

I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to write this one.
After searching online for a circulating pump for my spa, I found the best price on one from AmeriMerc, so I ordered it. I received the pump in four working days shipped from the manufacturer. After installing the pump and filling the spa with water, I noticed the seal was dripping on the new pump. I turned the pump on and the drip rate decreased but didn't stop.
The next day (Monday) I called AmeriMerc and notified them of the problem. They promptly returned my call and told me the manufacturer would replace the defective pump and told me how to proceed, which was not cumbersome or out of the question.
On Friday of the same week, a replacement pump was delivered at no charge and performs flawlessly after installation

I ORDERED THE WRONG FILTER. When it arrived and I realized my mistake, I called (on Saturday) and got a real person who told me that the correct one was in stock, but I would have to call during the week to get it switched. On Monday, I was taken care of efficiently, the return shipping label was emailed to me, and the new one sent. It arrived as promised.

The diving board was exactly as described and works very well. My kids really enjoy the new board as it is springier than the old one. It is very easy to install and the directions were very clear. The first board they sent had a 5 inch crack in the upper surface of the board. When I contacted them about the crack they set up pick up with UPS and sent out a new board right away. In fact, the new board arrived the day after the old board was picked up by UPS. Because of their very quick, no hassle response, I was able to get the new board installed the day before our planned birthday party. Thanks AmeriMerc, Wes

The fly traps and sandalwood mosquito sticks work like a charm. With three dogs in the yard, the fly traps help us keep ahead of fly problems. We pick up poop daily, but you can still have a problem. The traps are great!

The sandalwood mosquito sticks are awesome. Living in southwest Arkansas, we are in the heart of mosquito country. We would not be able to sit out in the evenings without them.

I have been very happy with the products and the fast shipping, however I have requested a new catalog SEVERAL times and have still not gotten one. I am still using the one I have from several years ago. It's like they don't listen to you. other than that it's great. I just wish they would follow through.
