Shopping on the American Pearl website is always a joy. So many selections, and in dealing with Eddie and his team for over 20 years, I know I will always be taken care of, have the highest quality pearls delivered, at some of the best prices in America.

American Pearl has come through for my wife and I on two occasions. Both sets of pearls are stunning, lustrous, and were purchased at a great price! I really wanted to leave this review because Eddie absolutely went above and beyond in finding us the exact string of pearls we wanted.
His expertise and the company's ability to source great pearls made all the difference. We highly recommend American Pearl, and ask for Eddie!

My wife got beautiful earrings from American Pearl and we both got engagement rings from American Pearl as well. The quality of these products is extremely high. Even better, the customer service is excellent. When I needed a ring resized, Eddie took care of it personally and quickly without a charge. I'd recommend American Pearl to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I placed an order in mid January for a Pistachio pearl and when I rec'd it I realized it was very similar to what I already owned and not what I expected. I sent an email and within minutes was sent a prepaid fed-ex return label. I was offered a refund or exchange and decided to get a golden pearl pendant instead. I waited another week for it to be made and got it this week - it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Excellent communication throughout the whole process, items are made as ordered so it takes a little time but so very worth it.

Let's face it: buying jewelry online can be a scary proposition, especially when the price point is high. Thankfully, American Pearl takes all the stress out of the online experience. Their website is simple to navigate and beyond intuitive. Their inventory is of stellar quality and filled with an unlimited number of options. Most importantly, though, the prices are fair. To top it off, everything I purchased arrived quickly, wrapped in secure, elegant boxes. This is a first class experience. Highly recommended!

I placed an order. Called to check on it twice. Both times told customer service would call me. They did not. Not certain if they even exist. I asked to cancel the order. Again customer service will call me. Nope they will not.

American Pearl is the best! I have purchased four beautiful necklaces in the last two years. The pearls are of the best quality you can purchase. I checked out another businesses and none even came close to the quality of American Pearl.

Sadly I ordered a necklace from here, it was a wedding present for my fiancé, and I should have had a backup plan. My fiancé absolutely loves the purple shades of Tahitian pearls, and I was really excited to find them here at a good price. I received a tangled ball in a jewelry box in the mail a few weeks after I ordered, with lovely grey-green pearls. My heart sank to the floor. It is now too late to order a necklace from someone else, and I did not think of a backup plan, it took me long enough to find a necklace I liked, now trying to find a second in such short time likely won’t happen. I’ve been trying to get in touch with their customer service, and surprise surprise, they never seem to be available. Pretty sure I got scammed, and will end up having to handle this with my credit card company.

I ordered a sapphire and 8mm pearl earring set to match my mikimoto ocean elements necklace to save some money, well you get what you pay for. I would have liked a larger pearl but ordered 8mm as that was size of Mikimoto necklace. Compared size of pearls when received and what American pearl gave me as an 8mm well it wasn't misrepresented, First time buyer, disappointed won't buy again, buyer beware.

I ordered a ring from American Pearl, the price was good during the Black Friday sale. I customized the ring in that I needed a bigger size. I got an auto reply email saying they got the order, after that there was no communication at all. I tried to email, I tried to use the chat service, I tried to call. I did all of those things more than once, finally I called and hit the number for sales rather than customer service to get in touch with someone. They said they would pass on the message. I still never heard from them. I started writing reviews on Facebook and Twitter, they then got back to me. I finally got my ring about 7 weeks later (they are US based), I really didn't like it, I returned it, had to pay for FedEx shipping. Horrible customer service and was not impressed with the quality either.
