The parcel arrived and the lid was not…
The parcel arrived and the lid was not secure on the Body Exfoliant. It had spilled inside the box and all over the bottle.
I emailed a complaint with photos. I have had 2 replies - one asking for info and photos which I had already done.
- second was asking for info like batch number. Issue date, where I had used the product before etc
I just want either a refund or a replacement. Happy to return the insecure product back to you if you send a free return link.

Fragrance is different
I have used this lotion for years and found it to be effective and pleasant to use, non sticky with a light fragrance. Products are often reduced and company are quick to dispatch items. However they have changed the packaging and no longer use bottles with pumps. This is less convenient and more awkward to use. Also company say the product itself has not changed nor the fragrance. The fragrance is DEFINITELY different, I only hope the ingredients have not been substituted with cheaper alternatives as many companies do.

overall happy but might not have been
easy ordering, quick delivery but parcel was left outside house on full view to all and sundry. Delivery time given about an hour before it arrived and I was already out. Fortunately all was well but tad silly to leave outside in full view. If I'd known a lot earlier when it was being delivered I would have made sure I was in - as it was I was 3 doors away but oblivious to a delivery taking place.

Delivery was delayed from the start as…
Delivery was delayed from the start as my order wasn’t dispatched for three days. Customer service then advised it would take a further three days to arrive. As I was due to travel, I had to purchase the items elsewhere and pay £10 for next-day delivery.
I was promised a goodwill voucher, which was never provided.
I then received an email claiming they had tried to call me (no missed calls), followed by updates stating the parcel would arrive that day and then that it had been delivered, neither of which were accurate.
The delivery company provided a photo showing the parcel left outside my door. I was not home, and when I asked a neighbour to check, it was not there. No attempt was made to leave it with a neighbour or in a secure place.
I am now out of pocket, having paid for goods I did not receive, plus additional costs to replace them.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items remain the retailer’s responsibility until they are safely delivered. Leaving a parcel unattended does not meet this obligation.
The product itself may be good, but based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering directly.

Ingrown exterminator!!!…
Absolutely love the transforming body exfoliant. Gets rid of my ingrowns so fast in about 3/4 days. I follow the instructions exactly how it says on the back of the bottle and the results are amazing. If you wax and get ingrowns THIS IS FOR YOU. My wax lady recommended this to me months back and i have never looked back. GET THIS, YOU NEED THIS.

Great body moisturiser
Great body moisturiser, I’ve been a happy user for a couple of years now. A little goes a long way so although it seems expensive I find the 500ml bottle lasts a long time. Skin feels super nourished and beautifully supple and bonus, the product smells good too! I’ve found the hand cream and also the foot cream to be excellent too.
One concern however, when placing my recent order I noticed that my purchase (totalling £81) would be eligible for a free body wash however, when the order confirmation came through, no body wash was listed. After contacting the company I was told that it was necessary to “add the free gift to my basket” despite no mention of this during the ordering process. First time I’ve encountered this, previous experience with other companies mean orders that qualify for free goodies have them automatically added to the basket at checkout. Customer services has offered a £10 voucher added to my account (why didn’t they just send the free body wash??) which is appreciated but I would’ve preferred the freebie, hence the 3* review. So, just a heads up for all placing orders…

Absolutely amazing stuff
Absolutely amazing stuff. I received a sample of the transforming body lotion and it actually blew my mind. I bought the largest body lotion and the shower cream wash and the exfoliate wash too. My skin is unbelievably soft. I usually use l'occtaine which is fabulous too but with the cost of that and its an oil, there's only one winner!!
