Stress-free and helpful!
The office staff (Claudia and Alex) were so helpful from stage of initial query, booking and confirming removals the day before - very transparent on pricing including costs for distance from property, parking and stairs and no hidden surprises.
Nas and Vladi helped us on the day and took the stress completely out of the process - nothing was too much hassle for them and they made us feel so at ease.
Would recommend and definitely use again!

Great for the speed, reliability and helpfulness of the service
Booked pretty much last minute on Saturday 8th November for a removal date of Monday 10th November. I had lots of heavy boxes to be moved into a storage unit. The removals consultant was brilliant at getting it organised and confirmed and the man that came to do the removal was professional, polite and most importantly, really helpful. I’ve had a very positive experience using this company and I would definitely use again for a removal.

Partial flat move for large items
Booked a partial flat move for just the large items. Same price for a weekend move as during the week. Could also do Sunday if needed. 2 man crew arrived on time, and were very efficient and helpful. Would recommend.

Bad communication, not returning deposit
The move itself was fine, but they took a deposit and have not paid it back. It's been over a month of awful communication, and being ignored frequently. I would love to recommend them, but this is just unacceptable.

Moved from a 2 bed in Battersea to…
Moved from a 2 bed in Battersea to Shepherd’s Bush and honestly thought it would be chaos. The Amazing Moves crew turned up 10 mins early, wrapped the sofa + TV like pros, dismantled the IKEA wardrobe (those screws… ugh) and rebuilt it perfectly the other end. Little delay with parking (my permit mix up) but they kept calm and just got on. No scratches on the hallway walls which is a miracle in our building. Price matched the quote, no “surprise extras” Would definately use again.

Petra and Mike exceeded in my removal, inclusive of organised, tidy packing and an hours drive from the pick up address to the final destination. Both were very professional, polite and quick in their services. These guys clearly work hard, above and beyond, putting exceptional effort into their field of work. I would like to take this opportunity to also apologise for not offering refreshments, it was all go go go, but you guys deserved it for sure. I'm very grateful for the help that was provided from them both and Claudia who scheduled the removal. I'd certainly recommend this company and I will be using "Amazing Moves" again for my next move. I would never book this service again
I would never book this service again - we booked movers for a simple job, moving a bed one street across, and we confirmed a booking for 2pm. We were called morning of to say the movers might be more like 3pm since it was a busy day, we said fine. By 4pm we had no contact so rang and were told they would call us back which they never did, at 5 we rang again but our call was ignored - we called on a different number and they immediately picked up! They apologised but couldn’t give us a reason, at 6pm finally they told us that they wouldn’t be able to do it today and we could rebook for 1-2 pm the next day. This has completely thrown off our move and I would never recommend for even a small job, let alone a whole move!

Home move cancelled with less than 24h notice
Move cancelled with less than 24h notice. We’ve taken annual leave all week to arrange this move, and the alternative date provided is when my partner is already back at work. The excuse was that the ‘van has broken down’ and apparently they’re unable to go out and hire a van for this day. Also no discount offered on the new date even though the massive inconvenience. Really upset with Amazing Moves and absolutely would not recommend.

Avoid!
My move on Friday was just a nightmare. Booked for 11am, was called the day before and asked to change to 12pm, fine. On the day itself, got a call to say the booking before had over ran it would now be 2pm, they didn’t arrive till 3pm! The men said it wasn’t their job and had been asked to come as the job before had issues. It was 9pm before I was in my new home. I had booked a specific time as I was getting away from a DV situation and due to how long everything took the person found out I had moved! I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

Worst company
So i booked this company to do my moving yesterday, it was a big mistake!! I initially booked for 09:00 am call them to confirm & the lady i spoke with said it was fine but them she asked me if was OK at later hour because she forgot that they had to do a earlier move . I told her ok no problem and asked what other time could we do it,she told 13:00 pm and I told her no later than that because at 15:30 I had an hospital appointment due to the fact that im heavily pregnant (she told me no worries, the job in the morning it's a small one ,pretty sure we can make it to you before 13:00) she sent the confirmation via email for the time scheduled. Gets to the day it's around 12:45 pm i didn't receive any message or call to let me know, that they are on the way,so I decided to call their office to ask what was going on(the person that answered the phone had no idea ,she had to check) after checking i was informed that the move wasrescheduled to 15:00 because they were late ( put in mind they never called to let me know) when i asked why I wasn't informed ,the person in the other side didn't had a proper answer!! I you can imagine it,i lost my patience with them turned off the call & let my partner trying to solve the problem. My partner call them again asking if the move was going to be done or not,they told him yes and asked what time would be best,my partner said around 16:00/16:30 depending on how long the hospital appointment would take! Around 16:30 my partner called them saying he was on is way to the house (we end up being in the hospital for 1 hour,doctors had to check something with the baby). When my partner got the house they diver complain that they were waiting for around 20 minutes (but we could wait almost all afternoon for them) the audacity of some people. When the removal was finally finished around 19:30 my partner asked if we could have a discount, since was there fault & we had to wait basically all day for them, he was meet with a resounding no. When unpacking one of the few boxes that said fragile handle with care, I was meet with my belongings broken!!! Basically the worst moving company i ever used i do not recommend.

Poor Service, No Accountability
My experience with Amazing Moves was disorganised from the start. The time we agreed on was questioned last minute, and I was sent one experienced mover and another who admitted it was his "first day" and took breaks after every item he moved. I had to do double the work just to get things in order.
The move took much longer due to this, and they attempted to charge nearly double. When I pushed back, I was made to feel like I was being done a favour. One of my monitors was also damaged, and the claims process was exhausting - filled with blame and zero accountability.
They claim to have solid processes, but they only seem to apply when it suits them. A truly disappointing experience during an already stressful time.
