Muy buena experiencia a la hora de alquilar una habitación doble en Madrid durante el curso universitario.
La búsqueda y reserva a través de la web fue rápida y muy sencilla. La atención del personal de aluni fue genial. Me ayudaron con todas las dudas y me explicaron todo muy bien. Para el curso que viene, reservo de nuevo con ellos.

I rented a room through Aluni for my semester abroad in Madrid, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

First of all, the security deposit has not been returned, even though I handed over the apartment in proper condition. More than a month has passed, and I’ve still received nothing. I’ve contacted them multiple times without a clear answer, and I’m now being forced to hire a lawyer to take legal action.

Aluni also charges fees for the smallest issues. For example, the main entrance door on the ground floor couldn’t be opened with the key, so if no one was inside the flat, you simply couldn’t get in. This was never resolved, yet the apartment was still advertised as fully functional.

The furnishings were not as shown in the pictures. The room was noticeably smaller, and the furniture was different and older.

On top of that, you’re randomly placed in a shared flat with other students – in my case, people who had no respect for shared spaces and lived in filth. There was no privacy or comfort at all.

I strongly advise against using Aluni, whether you’re an Erasmus student or renting for any other reason. Communication is superficial, problems are ignored, and in the end, you’re left paying for issues that are not your fault.

It made searching for a flat in Madrid easy for me and also a platform I can trust. My landlord was really nice. It also offers activities where I can socialize and meet other people who rent in an Aluni accommodation.

Trabajar con Aluni fue muy seguro y en todo momento atendieron mis consultas. Además, el piso donde me quedé cumplió con todo lo establecido. Si se busca una forma segura de conseguir alojamiento en Madrid, recomiendo mucho hacerlo a través de Aluni.
