I've purchased twice from Alternative Footwear and both were a pleasant experience! Shoes are as described and everything is clearly detailed on the description which makes it super easy to look through and compare. The delivery was also fast, I will continue to purchase from this site as both times I've felt happy order! Also my Demonia Rangers I bought from here have lasted me 2/3 years so far and still going!!

Ordered Tuesday the 6th of August received Thursday the 8th of August. Incredible! Was able to live track via parcelforce also. The boots are Demonia Bear boots and are too die for. The absolute best price I could find anywhere around about half the cost of any other website. Would not hesitate to order from Alternative Footwear again and recommended to absolutely everyone. One very happy customer. Just wish I could provide pictures for you all. They need to be seen to be appreciated, just gorgeous!

I love Alternative Footwear! They have a great range and stock the larger sizes that you cannot get on the high street. My wife and I are very pleased with their products and delivery is really quick. All in all, a great shopping experience.

Bought these shoes for a wedding. They didn't fit and I was a bit nervous about exchanging them as some shoe company's take a long time to send them back. I sent the shoes on a Friday and they exchanged them and sent them back by to me the following Wednesday!! communication was very good. Quick service would definitely recommend buying from here.

A pair for me and a pair for my husband. We've been wearing them non-stop since receiving them in May, and they are great!

Well fit, easy on/off with the zipper, look amazing and were exactly what we were both looking for, having worn higher lace-up boots for years! The time saving alone, well worth it!

The service from Alternative Footwear was superb too. From order processing, to quick delivery and prompt reply to a follow up email. All top notch service.

The only thing I would highlight about the boots (having been accustom to leather boots, so a more breathable material), your feet do get a bit damp feeling when wearing for long periods of time. A quick trip to Boots (or the like) for moisture wicking insoles helped that though.

Highly recommend either of these boots (and really much of the catalog from AF since I've purchased previously from them, and will continue to in the future too). Happy shoe shopping, you'll certainly find more than one pair you want!

Pleaser Sky 1020 Black Patent High Heel Platform Lace-up Ankle Boots with Inside Zips. Size 4

I have wanted these boots for ages and was unsure of the sizing as I'm a 3.5. Some brands run small and some to size, so I called customer service for advice. They were so helpful! They suggested ordering both sizes to see what worked the best.

They came really quickly too! I was so excited to try them on, as being 4'11" these would make me well over 5'! Size matters, right?!

The size 3 was snug but the size 4 fitted perfectly and I felt really stable in them, even though they're really high!

I've returned the size 3 and I'm sure I'll be promptly refunded for the unwanted pair. Overall, a positive experience and a fantastic service from a reliable retailer and I'll be back again for sure. Thank you!
