Alphacarhire Recensioni

Well-priced, smooth pick-up and drop-off. Would recommend.

Great value for money and 1st class service

Easy and professional company to deal with.
Great value for money. The vehicle was clean and tidy.
Office staff are very helpful.

Really efficient and helpful staff. Car was clean/reliable and good value for money. Easy transfers to and from the pick up/drop off.

Car was all ready when we arrived and in great condition. Great price for an 8 seater as well!

The staff at Gold Coast were friendly and went out of their way to assist me to catch a plane I was running late for.

Great price and ease to book and collect after hours - leaves the big airport guys behind in value

Flawless service will never use another company to hire a car they went above an beyond to cater for me

Check in and return very efficient and shuttle bus service excellent

We had no issues from start to finish. Everything went very smoothly and nothing was an issue.

Very disappointing company, specially on customer service.
Hired a Hyundai Venue at Sydney's Airport, with damage caught on video footage on the left front tyre. Returned at Brisbane Airport. Received an email claiming the tyre had damage. Sent the video footage, to prove it was there already...and silence. They were fast claiming the bond with no explanation whatsoever or bill to prove the cost of the reparation.
No answer when I try to reach out. No replies to my emails. Trying to contact by phone and no one knows or can deliver a solution to the problem.
This is a very disappointing, uneducated and unfair way to treat a customer, specially when politely trying to solve the problem.

It’s good experience using this service in Melbourne. Good quality and speedy pick up and drop off .

Excellent service, fast shuttle and very reasonably priced hire

Great car, great service!

Initially booked for two days via Jetstar for work, I needed to extend my trip twice. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The car was modern and relatively clean. I highly recommend using Alpha for their great service and reasonable prices.

You delivered what you had promised in a courteous , professional and friendly way

it was a good experience, professional and freindly staff

E check in did not work. Phone to call shuttle did not answer. Sent me a contract saying I couldnt travel interstate in the hire car when my trip was to Bryon from Gold coast. Wasted over an hour and a half of my holiday to get hire car so avoid. Poor communication and phone system, Another custome I spoke tor also had poor experience but not as bad as mine.

Friendly staff
Great little car perfect for us.
Shuttle service was very convenient

I have used Alphacarhire before and the service has always been very good. Staff are friendly, cars are clean and good value for money to hire. The shuttle bus service they provide is great so have nothing to complain about.
